Installed AC add-on: leveled outdoor unit, ran supported line set, and installed a new condensate pump and thermostat. Added smoke/CO detectors to meet Colorado code. Blower motor cleaned and system sealed with tape/silicone. Job complete.
We serviced a 2-year-old Champion furnace, cleaned the blower and cage, replaced the condenser capacitor, and rinsed the unit cover. The system is now clean and operational, with no further work required.

We performed maintenance on a 1-2 year old Bosch AC heat pump. The system showed no issues, with a good temperature split and clean components. Connections were tightened, and filters were replaced. Job complete.
Onsite today to perform maintenance on a Rheem 92% furnace, less than a year old. Technician checked the filter, cleaned the flame sensor, tested for CO, tightened connections, and ran a cycle. Job compete.
Technician inspected a 2-year-old Nortek furnace and Rheem coil. Checked the capacitor, coil fins, contactor, electrical connections, delta, communication, blower fins, and cleaned the filter. All components functioned well. Job complete
We resolved an ignition failure on a Triangle Tube tankless unit by bleeding the gas. After this, the unit started without issues. The boiler screen was burnt, requiring a replacement part. Job complete
Onsite for a boiler replacement. Technicians succesfully installed one IBC 95% boiler and Strapped all pipes for support. Unit is up to code. All zones communicate and DHW is set to 130. Boiler temp is 180. Job is complete.
Onsite today for Boiler maintenance, the system was very old and in bad condition. Unhooked wires for bedroom thermostat due to zone in constant call. Left multiple quotes for replacement and customer went with replacing boiler system. This job is complete
