Came out today for an indoor air quality visit. Installed one Remi Halo 24v UV light. Job Complete.
Came out today for Furnace and A/C Maintenace visit on a 2018 Rheem Hvac system. After through evaluation technician found that the system was installed incorrectly and hasn't been maintained properly. Client has decided to go with replacement options. Job completed for now.
The technicians came out today for a Water heater maintenance visit and an AC start-up from the Previous AC install. Performed AC start-up and made sure the system was up and running. Performed water heater maintenance on the tanked water heater. Job complete.
Came out today for a quote for full System Replacement. Quote instead of service call. Furnace is working as it should upon arrival, husband (out of town) still wanted it double checked. AC and Furnace is a 2004 Tappan. Rusted out and corroded, R22 (no longer available) in AC, bad blower bearing, AC is freezing and leaking into furnace. Job completed.
Came out today to replace circulator pump on domestic water line. Running hose to drain and purging line for a couple minutes to reduce air in line. Set up pump to customers preference. Adjusted pumps time and timer. No further work needed at this time
Came out today for a furnace & A/c replacement. Emailed quote for furnace and AC, code corrections needed, spoke to Mark about panel. Job completed.
Maintenance on a 2005 Furnace and Air-Conditioner in Pueblo West. Furnace and AC are from 2005, both with significant issues. AC has frozen and leaked into furnace compromising the heat exchanger (hitting 2ppm steady.) The furnace is completely rusted out with failing motors, the AC has major r22 refrigerant leaks, and the coil has never been cleaned or opened until today. Sent options for recommendations. Job completed for now.

Came out today for a Full HVAC replacement. Installed Durastar AC and Durastar Furnace. Installed smoke and CO detectors to bring home up to regional building code. Job Completed.
Clarks Mechanical was excellent. We had a same day appointment with Coral, she was amazing. Went through explaining everything happening with our furnace and AC. No one has ever been so thorough. The crew that did the replacement was just as polite and knowledgeable . Thank you all. Would highly recommend them.

Clark’s Me handicap is very responsive and does great work. Corey did a great job troubleshooting and diagnosing our constant heat boiler issues and water heater tank constant fill and drain.

Coral was very friendly and helpful, our heat and air system was very old, Coral explained the benefits of keeping and fixing the one we have and the benefits of a new system, she gave us several options to choose from was very informative, honest and answered all of our questions. Loved the whole crew!! Very sweet, caring & knowledgeable! Everyone answered our questions as they arose with utmost patience. It was difficult work on a very cold day & they did not stop until we had heat. We had our furnace replaced and added central ac. We highly recommend Clarks Mechanical's outstanding team!
