AC Only (Basic Efficiency - 13 Seer) Work Completion Date: 07/29/26 Payment Type: Cashiers Check Special Notes: Fred Approved Price. I was unable to reach our electrician, so as of right now, we are moving forward with an A.C swap out,assuming all of the electric is OK. If the electric is not okay, then we will not proceed with any work before we speak with Rebecca. Fencing might need to be removed and put back up, we will to the best of our ability to put everything back the way it was before we came out to the location. Came out today for a ac swap, installed a Rheem 13seer 3 ton condenser matching the coil, installed new ez trap, made new transition from coil to plenum, wired coil and out door unit to the furnace, flush line set, brazed all line set connections, pressure checked with nitrogen over 350 psi pressure held for 20 min, vacuum below 250 microns, release charge and stayed 20 min to make sure equipment was working properly.
Estimate add-on for 2020 Concord furnace. 1500 square-foot property has 100,000 BTU 21 inch furnace installed. Confirmed with client bigger sizing was per client request not mistake. Updated client on availability of 21 inch equipment only coming in 3 ton sizing. Refrigerant line set will require over 10 feet under 25. Equipment availability and installation is straightforward. Technician noticed 100 amp service will not be enough for adding another 240 on condenser unit. Because of maximized ability, adding another 240 V can add strain on home, if not failure. Provided clients with equipment quotes as well as panel upgrade service itemized. All estimates email to clients account on file. Will follow up with any future work requested.

Coral set up Corey did a great job!
appointment made for 2-4pm; Cory arrived a 2pm exactly, diagnosed the a/c with dying electrolytic capacitor, replaced it quickly and checked the air conditioner function (back in business). Cleaned up and left (as he usually does). Excellent service as usual - request Cory every time we call.
Levi showed up early which was great - before it got too hot. He explained how the system works and why it can’t cool the house when temps are above 90 degrees.
I highly recommend Clarks Mechanical! All of the staff members were personable, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was provided with temporary AC units while my new system was being installed. Excellent service provided by an excellent staff. What more could you ask for?

Technician worked steady. Had a issue or concern with system and Fred the owner came out and sure the system was running right.
The gas line to my dryer was stripped and had leaked. They were able to fix the gas pipe and put on a new flex hose. Dryer is now up and running. Thank you

I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.

These include the system fully opened, cleaned, and reassembled, along with pictures of each motor being tested and verified. The only items we mentioned were optional “nice‑to‑have” upgrades: additional return airflow and whole‑home surge protection, which many clients find beneficial but are never required.
