Friday Install - Client in pulling funds from Fidelity account, needs a few days to get funds. Mark and I spoke about panel - He will do it on Tuesday before our install on Friday. Came out today for full install, durastar full system. Removed and replaced old with new. Brazed in loneset, pressure checked above 300 psi, pressure held for over 20 mins, pulled vacuum below Manu specs and performed vacuum hold test and that also passed, released refrigerant. Siliconed hole from outside penetration, ran and strapped every 4ft with lineset, used pukey tape to seal in between all connecting joints, new gas flex, sediment trap, Honeywell t4 thermostat with new 5 wire ran to furnace, removed old exhaust and replaced with new, new rain collar, roof cap, used double wall for code, made sure to use 3 screws on each conne fing point, turned system on to verify proper working order no gas or co leaks and system left at cool upon leaving.
Came out today for no heat. System is a train 95% furnace. Found system laking air flow from dirty filter and smaller return. Change filter and verify system was up and running.
Existing expansion tank and air valve were bent on water feed line. Zone valve 2 would not open correctly and would get stuck resulting in a loud noise and no heat to baseboard heater. Replaced expansion tank and automatic air vent. Redid line going to both the expansion tank and air vent. I alsoflushed zones till I had a steady flow of water. I then went ahead and replaced zone valve 2 and secured wires to existing wires to other zone valve wiring. Zone valve now communicates with thermostat and boiler properly. No further issues found at this time on boiler system.
Came out today for whole home duct cleaning, clean coil in place, and blower motor pull and clean. Cleaned all registers, all boots where wiped out and cleaned, used brush beast on all supply runs, used shop vacuum on all portions of return for upstairs and then used brush beast on main trunk line of both s/r. Taped and sealed cut holes from both s/r. Used coil cleaner on inside portion of indoor coil and used shop vac to get any loose particles inside cabinet of indoor coil, hand wiped filter box and bottom portion immediately connecting to filter box, turned system afterwards for about 10 mins to check for any loose materials at supply vents, found no issues. Job is complete. Fogged system finishing up duct cleaning. Complete.
Upon arrival, customer showed me bent feed line for expansion tank and air vent and showed me zone valve hanging off. Zone valve motor is locked up. Will replace zone valve and replace parts to boiler. Will also flush boiler and perform maintenance on boiler as well. Will return 3/21 from 8 to 12. No further issues found at this time on boiler system.
Upon arrival customer stated that the master bedroom and living room heads were loud. Motors are working but are noisy. Filters are clean and there are no signs of leaks. Documented sound with video for our records as well as the data plates. Presented customer with estimate and no further issues found.
Upon arrival, customer stated that zone valve was making a noise. Found arm to zone valve stuck. Replaced zone valve arm. Ran system and made sure heat was going to main floor baseboard heaters. Labeled zone valve with today’s date and location. No further issues found at this time.
Came out today to look at tstat. Further troubleshooting may be required, huge possibility that last company out preformed a bad troubleshoot, could be the control board. Recording on file of that explanation to the client. 2015 Trane not blowing air in 2nd stage. Could be control board, could be tstat. Client said system stopped working immediately after another company replaced tstat, however it could have been a bad troubleshoot from the beginning. See invoice notes. Job completed for now.
Came out today for a no heat service call on a Daikin Furnace. Found that Control Module needs to be replaced. Sent options for replacement. Job Complete.
Came out today for a return-to-finish Boiler service call. Replaced the pressure relief valve and reconnected the previous line. The system is now running as designed. Job Complete

I highly recommend Clarks Mechanical for any hvac needs. Corey (amazing) and the whole staff are knowledgeable, professional and go above and beyond to help. My furnace stopped during this arctic cold snap. I called on Friday and they were able to squeeze me in, Corey diagnosed the problem, went for parts and in no time he had it in top top shape. This company is a good example of what every business should give "excellent customer service".

No one showed up at my appointment time but showed up 4 hours late, but it was a free check up on my 7 thousand dollar furnace. People with money come first, my wife took her lunch to ask questions but that didn't work out for us. So happy I guess with furnace but office should let us know of delay.

Our heat stopped working in the dead of winter. Clarks mechanical sent out a technician right away. Coral was professional, kind and super knowledgeablean all around professional. We ended up needing a new thermostat, which she provided three quotes forso we could choose the best option for us. Super helpful and thorough. John and Issac came to replace my furnace, and were quick and professional. The also helped me with my fire alarms since I cannot reach the ceiling and where to place my CO2 detector. They were both so friendly and stayed for any questions I may have.
