Can deliver portable AC unit later this afternoon. Came out today for Rheem 80% 125k btu 24in cabinet with 3 ton condenser and coil. Rem9ved and replaced old with new. Brazed in lineset pressure checked above 320 psi pressure held over 20 mins pulled vacuum below Manu specs and performed vacuum hold test and that also passed released refrigerant, new gas flex, sediment trap, exhaust from unit to common, 2 new 90s 26g, ez trap cleanout with brush. Sealed entire system with pookie tape. Unable to test operation of furnace due to high heat of 91 in house. Will call

Completed a full system replacement with an 80% efficient Rheem 100k BTU furnace and a 3-ton AC. Installed new gas flex, a sediment trap, and a filter box. Replaced the existing wye for exhaust and siliconed all necessary areas. The system was sealed, pressure checked, and vacuum tested. All units were leveled, and new thermostats were installed.
Completed a high-efficiency furnace and AC system upgrade, installed a 96% efficient Rheem 70k furnace, 13seer 3-ton condenser, and new components for optimal performance.

Diagnosed a 1990 furnace and AC. Condenser disconnect, capacitor, and fan cap replaced by the grandson yesterday. Equipment still non-operational. Quoted for full replacement, including electrical upgrades. Scheduled installation for 8/5/26.
Performed maintenance on a Goodman AC/furnace, inspecting capacitors, contactors, and coils. Also checked connections, tested the blower, and ensured proper system operation. For the Klimaire mini split, we examined coils, filters, and supply temps, cleaning the blower to resolve debris issues. Job complete.

We noticed an unusual smell when our AC kicked on one day last week. After many years of using a large, well-known Pueblo HVAC company whose service (in my estimation) has suffered after being bought out by an even larger non-local entity, I was looking for someone smaller, local, competent, and responsive. Clarks Mechanical met all the criteria. The lady I spoke to in their office was professional, friendly, and promptly scheduled a service call for the next day. On the service day, I was notified when the tech was on his way (on time as promised). The tech, Levi Acuna, was outstanding. Like the office personnel, he was friendly and professional. He also proved his competence, quickly diagnosing that the smell was coming from a blower motor burning out. He contacted a distributor, made arrangements to get a new motor, and handled all the red tape to ensure the cost of the part was covered under the still-in-effect warranty. As this was on a Friday, and because the new motor wouldn't be available to install until Monday, he offered to bring out a portable AC unit to help get us through the 100-degree temps expected that weekend. On Monday, he arrived before the promised time and quickly and efficiently installed the new motor, got the system running, and made sure all the numbers were checking out as they should before leaving. The entire process was no stress/no mess, with Levi demonstrating high-level expertise, follow through, personableness and a commitment to customer-focused service and transparency. He was also an excellent communicator. Clarks Mechanical proved to be exactly what I was looking for -- local, responsive, nimble, and highly competent. Moving forward, Clarks and Levi are my new go-to HVAC resources.

We had a HVAC system maintenance and was told that our A/C system was a 2 ton and needed a 3 ton, which we knew after the fact when we built our house in 2016. So we bit the bullet and had Clarks Mechanical, clean our duct and vents. They did a good job with the cleaning of the vents and ducts. One complaint was the floor cover blankets were dirty and had dog hair that was left on our floors. Other than that we were happy with the before and after pictures of everything they did. We also had them install a new Rheem A/C unit. Christopher was personable, professional and did a good job on the installation. Also, a shout out to Coral for her explanations and reassurances during, and after, the installation of our new A/C units. We are now enjoying true comfort inside as summer approaches. We look forward to a cool summer and lower energy bills. I recommend Clarks Mechanical and will continue to use them to service our HVAC system in the future.
