Fred was beyond knowledgeable about the work he does. He took the time to explain in detail about the condition of our furnace and what to expect going forward. Very professional in his approach. The quote he gave me to replace the furnace in the near future was very reasonable as well. We will be using his company to install a new one when the time comes

This company is amazing! From the front office staff to the all technicians that came to my home, the experience was professional and wonderful. I had compared quotes between several companies in Pueblo area after my AC went out. Not only were they the most responsive and reasonable, they were the kindest and knowledgeable as well.Very trustworthy and were not looking to upsell or give services that were not needed. Really care about the customer (which is a rare find) I cant say enough good about this company. The technicians came on time and were very thorough! They were very accommodating and even went above and beyond. Coral, Jorge, Austin and Levi thank you for your exceptional work and knowledge and going above and beyond! Chris was excellent in showing us every step of the process with putting in our new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had. He made sure we understood his explanations and was very kind and patient. We would highly recommend Chris and the entire team at Clark’s mechanical to anyone. In addition, Chris made sure our pups were given all the attention they wanted from him.

The Tech seemed to know what she was doing. She was quick, friendly and professional. She located the problem, which other technicians (not from Clarks Mechanical) were unable to solve. I would certainly use them again if needed.
