Standard maintenance on 2025 installed Rheem furnace. 80% upflow equipment installed in basement. Spoke with client upon arrival to go over expectations and time. Furnace only equipment, turned on to test. Equipment heating efficiently 50° above set temperature. System static pressure tested .56WC./ .50 WC rated. Replaced filter with clients replacement. Verified all safeties and securities connected to circuit board. Wiped equipment down from top to bottom. Inducer motor, gas valve, and blower motor tested within manufacturer tolerances. Clients were available throughout process and updated. The clients have been very happy with the installation and operation of equipment. No indoor air quality recommended. Extremely clean indoor air quality from clients cleanliness. Will follow up for any future work request requested. System was cycled before departure.
Technician assessed a 2001 Armstrong air AC system with no cooling. Found a refrigerant leak in the condenser coil. Advised replacement due to EPA regulations. Homeowners chose to replace the entire HVAC system.
Visited to assess a 2006 HVAC system, recommending a new furnace and AC. The condenser needed cleaning, and the evaporator coil was original. Verified system operations before leaving. Left multiple estimates and will follow up. Job complete.
Came out the afternoon of the initial call. Fred was right on time. He wasn't even there 10 minutes and had already found the problem. Prior to Fred coming out, we had the company that initially installed the unit 6 years ago, and after 2 service calls, a deep clean of the condenser unit, a refrigerant charge of 3lbs, and a large bill, and we were told that would fix it, Fred found the issue of a broken line on the coil, whereas the other company didn't even check for leaks. He gave us 3 options for prices if we wanted Clarks to fix it, and it was a no hassle, no pressure transaction. After we decided to have Clarks do the work, afterhours, Fred delivered 2 portable cooling units and set them up inside the house to keep us somewhat comfortable until our unit was repaired. He was able to come back the next day, but due to scheduling conflicts it was scheduled for 2 days out. Extremely happy with the service!

A six-year-old Armstrong system had no cooling. The evaporator coil was leaking. Replaced the coil, cleaned the blower, and cleaned the ducts. Left two portable air conditioners for comfort. Job complete.

We had a HVAC system maintenance and was told that our A/C system was a 2 ton and needed a 3 ton, which we knew after the fact when we built our house in 2016. So we bit the bullet and had Clarks Mechanical, clean our duct and vents. They did a good job with the cleaning of the vents and ducts. One complaint was the floor cover blankets were dirty and had dog hair that was left on our floors. Other than that we were happy with the before and after pictures of everything they did. We also had them install a new Rheem A/C unit. Christopher was personable, professional and did a good job on the installation. Also, a shout out to Coral for her explanations and reassurances during, and after, the installation of our new A/C units. We are now enjoying true comfort inside as summer approaches. We look forward to a cool summer and lower energy bills. I recommend Clarks Mechanical and will continue to use them to service our HVAC system in the future.
