Chris was excellent in showing us every step of the process with putting in our new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had. He made sure we understood his explanations and was very kind and patient. We would highly recommend Chris and the entire team at Clark’s mechanical to anyone. In addition, Chris made sure our pups were given all the attention they wanted from him.

Job summary: Upon arrival and review system found that system is struggling to keep home cool. I have deep, clean, condenser coil, and system is now operating and cooling efficiently at this time system has a 20° temperature split and press
Went out to do yearly maintenance on AC & furnace. Performed AC preventative maintenance, inspected all electrical components and amperages are within range. In order for system to operate efficiently system will need to be brought back up to proper pressures 75 liquid 250 suction. System may have a possible leak. Perform furnace preventative maintenance, inspected all electrical components and averages are within range. Inspected all fire alarms which are good, need to install fire alarm in kitchen area. CO detector needs new batteries in order to be tested. System is heating properly and efficiently at this time. Quotes emailed to customer. Job complete.

Came out today for an AC replacement quote. AC is leaking, freezing, and has never had proper maintenance. Furnace has visual rust damage but motor seem to be okay, maintenance in Fall needed for actual cleaning and tune-up. Quotes emailed to client. Job complete.
Swapped out ignitor on furnace due to faulty factory wiring on ignitor.
Came to clients home today for full service duct cleaning. Successfully completed cleaning of 18 supplies/2 returns. 6/18 of supply boots not connected to collar. Duct boot pressed against drywall and secured with tap screw. Updated clients on required repair to balance system efficiency. No further work performed today. Job complete.
Came out today for AC no cooling. Checked evap coil for block of ice and checked filter. Found filter clogged with debris. Replaced 24v filter pad and checked supply vent. No further problems found at this time. Job complete.
Came to clients home today to do their duct cleaning. Vacuumed all air ducts including return, applied anti microbial to boots, ran camera to determine integrity of ductwork, found some boots were slightly disconnected or damaged at the corners. Ensured proper cleanup of equipment and any garbage we may have created during process. Job complete.
Coral was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. However the price point was very high.

The Tech seemed to know what she was doing. She was quick, friendly and professional. She located the problem, which other technicians (not from Clarks Mechanical) were unable to solve. I would certainly use them again if needed.

So far we just have just received an estimate from Clarks Mechanical but Coral knocked it out of the park. Very friendly and informative. She took her time explaining everything and offered discounts where she could.
