Came out today for AC maintenance on two Rheem systems. Reviewed and inspected all electrical, amperage‘s are all in range. Both electric air filters are operating properly and cleaned both condenser coils. Both systems are operating and cooling properly at this time. Job complete
Came out today for AC Maintenance on a 14year old Goodman AC. Compressor is failing and there is far too much refrigerant in system. Gave a estimate on a AC replacement. Job complete
Came out today for AC maintenance. Upon inspection, I have found the 45/5 MFD capacitor located on condenser as below the 6% rating. It is at 41.5/4.8 MFD. Gave a estimate for a 45/5 capacitor replacement. This part needs to be replaced in order for the system to cool and operate properly. Job complete
Technician is back onsite today for a rtf service call. Technician added 7lbs of 410-A to AC system bringing it back up to proper pressures 125 low 301 high with a 19 degree temperature split and injected leak sealant into system as well. System is operating and cooling properly at this time. Job Complete
Technician is onsite today for an ac maintenance visit. Client believes there could be low refrigerant. Technician completed Ac maintenance and found that there is a pinhole size leak. Client approved estimate to do leak seal and refill of R410A Refrigerant. Will return tomorrow for next job. Job complete for today.

Onsite today for 2022 Armstrong Air Furnace and AC Maintenance visit. Technician determined that Ac is working a little harder than it should be and the Inducer is already close to specs, also found dirty blower and coil. Cleaned with chemicals today. Furnace is safe, no gas no carbon. High Efficiency Furnace doesn't have proper tilt, made client aware of things to look for. Ac is not level, but it's clean. Sent options to consider. Job Complete.
Performed Cooling maintenance on 2yr old Ac- checked filters, checked capacitors, checked condenser and rinsed it off, checked connections, checked delta t, checked blower and cage. No issues found on air conditioning system. Job Complete.
Performed cooling maintenance – checked and replaced filter, check, blower and cage, checked, evaporator coil, checked connections, checked drain line, check, capacitor, and voltages. Found buildup on condenser and rinsed off. No further issues found at this time on AC system.

These guys are great! Woke up with no heat, they were at our house and had diagnosed the problem within just a few hours. The financial options they offered made it possible for us to have a huge repair done the same day!!

Clarks Mechanical was excellent. We had a same day appointment with Coral, she was amazing. Went through explaining everything happening with our furnace and AC. No one has ever been so thorough. Loved the whole crew!! Very sweet, caring & knowledgeable! Everyone answered our questions as they arose with utmost patience. It was difficult work on a very cold day & they did not stop until we had heat. We had our furnace replaced and added central ac. We highly recommend Clarks Mechanical's outstanding team!
