Added drain pan and plug to water heater. Added a water sensor as well. Water lines to home are clogged with debris. Will need a plumber to address problem ASAP. Performed AC maintenance on condenser and evaporation coil. Checked fins for debris, removed cover to condenser and rinsed condenser down, plugged in power disconnect, found compressor cap side rating at its 6%+ spec meaning capacitor is going bad. Will put estimate for replacement.

AC is ONLY cooling at a 10-12⁰⁰ split upon departure (it's working, but not efficiently) 18-22⁰ is ideal, most likely a R22 leak. Gave estimate for turbo capacitor and client accepted. Job complete

I highly recommend Clarks Mechanical for any hvac needs. Corey (amazing) and the whole staff are knowledgeable, professional and go above and beyond to help. My furnace stopped during this arctic cold snap. I called on Friday and they were able to squeeze me in, Corey diagnosed the problem, went for parts and in no time he had it in top top shape. This company is a good example of what every business should give "excellent customer service".
