Upon arrival I found system not running. Checked all components and found condensate pump not working. Replaced pump and system started up. No further issues found and will send estimate for better air filtration.

Call four non-operational furnace. Clients stated they switched system from AC to heat with no successful operation. System was off upon arrival, set system to heat to test. System turned on for usual, with no irregularities. Furnace cycled through order of operations properly, all internals tested within a manufacture specifications. Furnace circuit board operating properly, no communication issues. Could not replicate clients issue. Notated system has seven day preset schedule. When turning system onto cool/heat, schedule needs to be bypassed in order to sustain operation. Must delete sleep schedule to raise heat over 63° at night time. Client will follow up on any future work requested. System was cycled successfully before departure.

2010 American Standard - 15years old. Replacement or major repair needed, furnace is intermittently working. Jumped at board and system fired. Furnace is covered in dust and debris. Blower motor is caked, indoor AC coil is extremely clogged. Not concentrating on AC right now (can clean when furnace comes out) - Nakia is having a hard time right now as her wife is in the hospital dealing with major health issues. No charge for today. Neighbor was onsite to assist. We told clients last year a new Furnace was needed. Sent Indoor Air Quality Items to consider and well as a FULL Furnace and AC Replacement Quote. Furnace is highest importance though.

Coral was on time, personable and answered all our questions. She cleaned the heat exchanger which had not been cleaned during 2 previous companies inspections. She was not pushy with sales. Will ask for her in the spring.

Very knowledgeable with excellent customer service
The HVAC system was installed professionally and in good time considering the weather conditions were brutal in January. Ongoing maintenance has been exceptional. The system has worked very well and I have seen significant savings in electricity and natural gas.

Very nice & did great job
Coral was very professional. She put on shoe covers as she entered the home. She was very kind courteous. She took the furnace covers off and inspected the unit. Checked for carbon monoxide and any leakage on the AC coils. Checked the heat exchange. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Would recommend Clark's very highly!!
