Return for full duct cleaning and sanitization. Successfully completed duct cleaning and sanitization of all 8 supplies and 2 access points on furnace. No further work required.

Temporarily wired in power for ac functions. 24v filter. Turned on to cool 70 upon leaving. Will return to finish tomorrow. Ran exhaust, strapped up for support, swapped out pressure switches, installed smoke and co per code. Job complete. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and professional, he went through great lengths to troubleshoot and resolve my AC issues. I will be using Clark's going forward for all of my HVAC needs as well as regular maintenance. My only regret is that I can't rate Jorge and Clark's higher than 5 stars!

Upon review system found that evaporated coil and connector coil were dirty. I have cleaned the system, so system is able to breathe properly. Upon start up, outdoor unit condenser was in intermittently shut on and off, am I a couple of readings and testing found that there’s a major restriction at filter dryer which is internal of condenser. Further work needs to be done in order for a system to operate properly
Our air conditioner stopped working. I called at 8:30 am and Coral was here at noon and replaced our capacitor in about 20 minutes. We now have cool air again. We are very pleased

No Cool, Failed Capacitor. Replacement Capacitor installed (5year warranty turbo cap) system started cooling immediately. Good to go.
Went out today for AC no cool. Contactor is dead across 24v Capacitor tested good. Compressor rolls over when Contactor is manually engaged. After tstat was replaced system is running as it should. Job complete.
Came out today to Quote for multi-head mini split. Quotes emailed to client. Job complete.
Upon arrival at clients home today I found the compressor was struggling to run and fan was running. Checked pressures and capacitor. Capacitor was very low. Replaced cap and system ran correctly. Showed customer pressures and showed work being done. Sitting pressures were 259 high and low. 130 low and 360 high running. No further work needed at this time. Job complete.
Upon arrival, tenant stated there was no cooling from swamp cooler. Supply vent from Swamp cooler is hanging off and not the proper size. Customer also stated that debris blows down from vent. Inspected swamp cooler and lots of mineral buildup from hard water. Cooler pan is full of debris. Belt was torn in half. Motor had build up from hard water and had physical damage. Supply lines to pads will need cleaning. Pads to swamp cooler were also damaged and falling apart. Made estimate for repairs. FIELD SUPERVISOR WILL EMAIL AC ADD ON QUOTES.
Upon arrival and review of system I have found that the mini split system is not cooling. I have found that the condenser coil is dirty, all indoor air filters are dirty, and pressures are really low 39 PSI suction which on a 410A system pressure should be at 135 suction. System is low on refrigerant and may have a potential leak. In order to have system operating and cooling properly I highly suggest a leak search and repair option.
Initially the person who came out told me that the filters needed to be replaced so I replaced that and it still didnt work. I called them back and they sent me another tech, they fixed the capacitor and now it is completely fixed! Corey is who came back out and I cant say enough good things about him! 10 out of 10. Very knowledgeable, no bs, Straight shooter, fair prices, down to earth, good people. Called got us in next day for free estimate and next day install. Amazing.
