Inspected obsolete 1951 Ward heating system; parts are no longer available as the manufacturer is defunct. Provided estimates for a new furnace, ductwork, and equipment removal. Coral has sent the multiple options to the client.
Technician conducted a thorough AC maintenance check, inspected electrical components, and found the air filter clean. However, dust on the blower motor fins was noted. Recommend a complete cleaning and duct cleaning to improve efficiency. Job complete.
Completed maintenance on a 4-year-old Rheem Central cooling system. Checked electrical components, amperages, blower motor, ductwork, and air filter. Verified temperature differential and pressures. Inspected and cleaned the outdoor coil and indoor evaporator coil. System is cooling efficiently.
Completed a thorough maintenance check on a 1999 furnace, 2011 AC coil, and 2019 condenser. Addressed rust from water damage, cleaned the condenser, and tested system internals. Dust buildup reduced static pressure, requiring a deep clean.
We inspected a mini split system with three indoor units and one outdoor unit. The system wasn't cooling due to low refrigerant pressure. We found a pressure issue error, vacuumed the system, searched for leaks, and recharged it with 11 lb of 410a refrigerant. Job complete.
Technician diagnosed a non-responsive hot surface ignitor, preventing proper heating. Technician replaced it, ensuring the furnace fired and combusted correctly. Job complete.
Technician fixed a leaking waterline for the swamp cooler, replacing the damaged section and updating the spigot, checked the system and discussed new air quality regulations. Job complete.
AC add-on install complete. Lineset strapped and brazed; pressure and vacuum hold tests. Installed smart thermostat and condensate pump. Verified heat/cool cycles and system initialization.
Returned to complete repairs on the cooling system. Sealed the drain pan with specialized sealant, replaced the equipment pads, and repaired the damaged copper line. The system is now fully operational and no further service is required.

I had Jorge Rodriguez along with Eric Padilla do maintenance on our 4 split system and they did an amazing job! They were also able to give me estimates on future services that I’ll be needing. Not to mention, they were also able to give me a free one year membership as a compensation from a bad experience with another company! Literally THE BEST!! Very friendly, very professional, and very good with their jobs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
