Came out today to replace and install a new rheem 100k 95% high efficiency furnace. Verified details with home owner. Got to work in crawl space removing existing furnace. Installed new and made custom fit transition between coil and furnace, sealed all connections. Installed new sch 40 flue pipe. Replaced old condensate pump with new and installed proper trap for indoor coil and attached pvc for furnace into pump. Verified operation. Replaced new gas pipe and shutoff along with new flex. Tied in new safety overflow switch to low voltage and indoor coil. Verified system operation cool and heating both in working order. Furnace Only (High Efficiency - 95%) Work Completion Date: 5-6k down, payment plan for remainder. Coral will call and run Financing tonight between 530-6pm. Payment Type: 08/11/2026 Special Notes: GFCI Needed, new condensate pump, drain line rebuild with SS2. Current AC is leaking into crawlspace. Current furnace was installed improperly and has major damage.
AC Only (Basic Efficiency - 13 Seer) Work Completion Date: 08/17/2026 (works best for clients as of right now) Payment Type: Greensky (they will sign as soon as they can) Special Notes: Electrical is set for AC but we will need lineset and pad for AC. Previous company ripped out. Clients want to keep their current smart Tstat **Installers - please remove small swamp cooler in kitchen window and set to the side** Came oit today for a modular ac add on, brazed in lineset, pressure checked above 320 psi pressure held over 20 mins pulled vacuum below Manu specs, released charge. Installed smoke and co per fire code. New condensate pump with hose going outside with lineset. Was able to fill and verify pump, no electrical done so unable to turn ac on. Office is fully aware. Will need to verify start up for ac. Changed configuration settings for thermostat to have ac. Job is complete and ready for start up upon electrical being finished.
Onsite to diagnose a 2002 Rheem RTU with no cooling. The blower motor was faulty, and the compressor leaked all R22 refrigerant. The system was in poor condition. Left estimates and will follow up.
Serviced an air conditioning system, found it operational with improved airflow due to cleanliness. Cooling Delta was within tolerance, no refrigerant leaks. Replaced a faulty blower capacitor. Cleaned the condenser and checked the outdoor capacitor. Monitored the contactor for discoloration. Inspected the water heater, finding leaks and corrosion, prompting a replacement recommendation.

Technician assessed a 2005 AC system, finding a tripped disconnect and sparks. The condenser fan motor shorted, causing a fire. The capacitor was dead, and the compressor was grounded. Discuss repair or replacement options. Job complete.
Assessed the client's water quality, recommended halo filtration and Haig RO systems, and helped order a water test kit. We will follow up and provide estimates with clients. Job complete
Upon inspection, the Swamp cooler was non-operational due to a seized pump. Replaced the faulty pump, and the system is now effectively cooling the pads. Job complete.
Diagnosed a 2009 Trane AC with no cool. Found a dead outdoor capacitor. Explained wiring bypass issues and fault code 11. Homeowner chose to replace the capacitor. Cleaned the condenser and installed a new turbo capacitor. Job complete.
Technician flushed and descaled the tankless water heater, running a solution for 30 minutes. Both water and fresh air filters were cleaned. The heat exchanger was inspected, and the flame sensor was cleaned. The system is now functioning perfectly with no issues detected.
Visited to assess a new AC installation. Contacted the Field Supervisor for stock and pricing. Homeowners chose our services and scheduled for Monday. Job complete.
