Technician inspected a one-year-old Amana condenser, finding it mechanically sound but with a dirty squirrel cage. Cleaned it, changed the filter, and left a 24 V filter estimate. Job complete.
Service diagnostic on 2013 Lennox hvac system. System was only cooling 1 degree upon arrival. Diagnosis confirmed refrigerant eak on lineset inside. Will provide options for stop leak as well as line set replacement, refrigerant, pumped down, and top off. System is not cooling at this time.
Service diagnostic on 2020 Armstrong Air Conditioning system. Clients noticed lack of cooling/freezing on coil. Diagnosis is a minor leak in evaporator coil behind sensing bulb. Provided client with multiple repair/replacement options. Client will follow up on any future work requested.
Came out today for a full system install 80% 75kbtu furnace with a 3 ton Rheem Ac System. Removed and replaced old with new and installed a new thermostat. Verified proper heating and cooling and Job is complete.
Assessed the home's temperature balance, finding uneven cooling. The system was 18° below the set temperature. The living room and garage struggled to cool, while the master bed retained heat poorly. Major renovations would be needed for the zoning system. I recommended closing some downstairs vents to improve airflow upstairs. Job complete.

I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.
Hi Penny, thank you for reaching out. During our visit we did not recommend any repairs to your furnace, and we documented the full A/C service with over 25 photos in your account. These include the system fully opened, cleaned, and reassembled, along with pictures of each motor being tested and verified. The only items we mentioned were optional “nice‑to‑have” upgrades: additional return airflow and whole‑home surge protection, which many clients find beneficial but are never required. They came out to give a quote, gave me 2 options. I went with the cheapest one, then the 2 other techs who went to do the work a few days later, doubled the price. Costing me more time and money. Why send someone for a quote for it to not be honored? Or better yet for everyone, don't say you can do it one way, only to change your mind. Say you might not beable to do it that way, so we arent surprised. I found someone else to do it.

You were not charged a single dime for that initial visit. Once we gained full access, it became clear that the lowest‑cost option you selected wasn’t possible. We notified you immediately, and when you chose to seek additional quotes to meet your price point, we respected that decision and departed the property — again, without charging anything for either appointment.
