Regular service maintenance on 2024 Dura star furnace and AC. Changed equipment from cooling to heat upon arrival. Equipment heating 28° above temperature. 80% of flow equipment installed in basement. Verified all safeties and securities connected to circuitboard. Confirmed condensation pump wired to circuit board properly as well. System filter changed last month by client. Inducer motor, gas valve, and blower motor tested within manufacturer tolerances. System static pressure tested.21WC/.50WC rated. System was tested in single stage. Removed and resurfaced flame sensor. Manually checked condensation pump. No heavy buildup on blower motor. Successfully reassembled unit for final testing. Recommendations include 24 V filter to mitigate ongoing buildup in system, and surge protection to ensure equipment is sound in the event of power outages or short circuits. Client will follow up on any future work requested.

IBC boiler maintenance Checked and cleaned filters. Checked each zone for heat. Made sure thermostats and zone valves communicated. Checked acid neutralizer and water pressure. System is working correctly. No issues found.

Cut in supply box and register, install pipe and 90s to make connections to existing spiral pipe.

Came out to service 2004 Aire Ease furnace, verified that the system is operational. The batteries need to be replaced on the thermostat, none on hand with technician at this time. Filter needs to be replaced, it is currently dirty. Furnace is overheating, heating Delta exceeds manufacturers specifications. Carbon monoxide tester indicated that there was carbon monoxide coming out of the register, allowed to test to only go up to 5ppm. Also retested at the end. Electrical components tested within manufacturer specifications at this time. Found the Flames to be burning irregularly, they are somewhat erratic. There are signs of improper burning on the burner plate. Heat exchanger is extremely stressed and white. Found multiple areas of failure on the heat exchanger, such as eyelets that are missing, hot spots have developed, and the current rings are beginning to fail. Sent pictures to field supervisor. Blower wheel is a little dirty. Flame sensor is clean. Igniter was replaced recently.

The swamp cooler was underperforming. Discovered a clog in the distributor, cleaned it, and replaced the adapter. The noise was due to rust; Greased the bearings. No further issues were found, and all work is complete.

Diagnosed freezing on a 2022 American Standard 90% furnace and AC. Verified cooling loss and freezing coil. Charged system with 3 ounces of refrigerant, restoring pressures and efficiency. Equipment now cools 33° below ambient. Job complete.
