Taco pump relay buzzing and getting stuck. No isolation valve on right side of supply pump will need to add valve to isolate pump. Triangle tube is out of business so will make it harder to find parts if boiler does have issues 8n the future. Will need to flush and purge boiler system when boiler is open due to air.
Successful duct, cleaning and sanitization of home. All 12 supplies, two return accesses cleaned out. Double checked all connections were secure before closing system up. All accesses cleaned and sanitized properly, no further work required.
Performed maintenance on two furnaces: main furnace is a Lennox secondary furnace is a American standard. Inspected and reviewed all electrical components and averages on all main components, all are within manufacture specs. 16x25x1 air filter on both units or clean upon arrival. Flame sensors on both units have been cleaned and are functioning properly. Blower motor assembly and housing on both units are clean and clear of all dust and debris. Hot surface igniter on main unit shows signs of discoloration and pitted will need to be replaced in order for system to operate efficiently. All dust and debris have been whiped and clean within furnace and exterior of furnace. Both furnaces are operating in heat mode at this time. Estimate has been built for hot surface ignitor replacement.
Customer stated main level wasn’t heating. Found radiators putting out 116 degrees no issues with boiler. Explained to the variables that go into heating a space with boiler heat. Explained heat loss and objects in the way of radiators making it harder for the heat to travel to satisfy room temp. Adjusted fins to let heat out on radiators as well. No issues found at this time.

New gas flex. Sediment trap, exhaust from unit to common, filter rack, corrected return, used s lock and pookie tape to seal transition, brazed lineset in pressure checked above 320 psi pressure held over 20 mins pulled vacuum below Manu specs and performed vacuum hold test that also passed released refeigerant, leveled outdoor unit, new ez trap for evap coil drain and filled with water before hand, smoke and co per statute, t4 thermostat, turned system on both function h/c for 20 mins each no issues. Left at heat 72 upon leaving. Job is complete.
Jorge's service is excellent
Upon review and startup of system I have found that the windings and blower motor is burnt up and is non-responsive. Blower motor needs to be replaced in order for system to work and operate properly. I have given homeowner and estimate for blower motor replacement which will have to be ordered and take three to five business days to get out here as well as I have Coral working on a estimate on replacement option. Blower motor is estimated at $3300.00 TO is estimated at $6500.00
2005 - Trane - No Heat Coil is completely jammed, system is covered in dust and debris. Heat excis very thin.never had maintenance on it. Full System Replacement (Basic Efficiency - 80%) Work Completion Date: 01/27/2026 Payment Type: Check Special Notes: Bring paper copies of everything, clients might switch to finance, if that's the case I'll stop by and run it.
Sewage leaked into cellar. Deep clean and IAQ is highly recommended. Will start with cleaning but may have to have a replacement conversation.
Successful cleaning and sanitization of duck system. Successfully cleaned all 13 supplies/2 returns. No further work required.
Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
Onsite for a boiler service call. Technician successfully installed a ball valve and then Purged system. Boiler is up and running at this time. Job Complete

Coral and Fred were very nice Fred came over to check see what all will be needed for the hot water heater change out but saw an issues the venting then went to Pueblo Regional and see the permits required, it turned out to be a little bit more to change out the hot water heater. Coral had to do a new estimate she explained why the difference and why it changed. I appreciate it that before the job started.

He didn't service anything. I got another company to come and service my furnace. It was too small for him to bother with. He quoted me a +$600 to service and clean my furnace or $1400 price to clean my furnace and clean my ducts. The other company came adjusted my gas pressure to get better efficiency with less wasted energy. I think I called the wrong company. 12/16/25 just a note to say this company heard what I was saying and responded by refunding what I paid them. I appreciate this because I ended up hiring another company. Thank you.
