For this job, I conducted a maintenance for a three-year-old Rheem furnace, all mechanical components were pulling correct amperage’s, and in good condition. Filter was heavily saturated with hair and dirt buildup filter was cleaned on site and placed back in. Customer does not have replacements on hand, recommend filter replacement filter size 16 x 25 by one.

Regular service maintenance on 2017 Armstrong air downflow furnace installed upstairs. Spoke with client upon arrival to go over expectations and time. Turn system on to heat for testing with 30° temperature splits throughout home. UV bulb intact. Updated all data plate pictures before accessing internals. All system internals tested within manufacture tolerances. Blower motor operating on higher 80% amperage range. Cleaned off dirt from all system internals, as well as resurfaced flame sensor. Blower capacitor tested 5.5 µF/7.5 µF rated. Due to the loss of internal tolerance, higher amperage on blower motor consistent. Capacitor will need to be replaced to bring motor back to efficiency, effectively lowering electrical input/output. Due to close proximity to filter, UV light is actively burning hole in pleated filter. Exposure to UV overtime deteriorating pleated material closest to bulb. 24 V filter recommended due to heat resistance. Updated client on all findings. Will follow up on

We serviced a 2006 American Standard furnace and AC, finding low static pressures and dust buildup. The AC coil was clogged, causing back pressure and higher amperage. We cleaned the condenser, updated data plates, and discussed refrigerant pressures. Left Estimates. Job Complete

Not to mention, they were also able to give me a free one year membership as a compensation from a bad experience with another company! Literally THE BEST!! We checked electrical components, cleaned coils, and verified temperature differentials. Both systems functioned well. This was just for furnace check up. Service was prompt, Jorge was on time and went to work. Both furnaces were checked out and cleaned. One part needed replacement and will be done this week. We also got an estimate for some other work to be done. Prices are reasonable and he didn't try to up sell us anything. Would recommend Clarks Mechanical for hvac work you might need done.

Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. No complaints and I would call Clarks again if needed.
