The young man Eric was excellent! Very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He notified us when on the way. He explained everything after he was finished. We were pleased with our service with Clark’s Mechanical.
Upon inspecting the 3 1/2-ton Rheem condensers, technician found the furnace maintenance in good condition. Blowers and capacitors were fine, but the condenser coils were dirty and required a thorough rinse. Job complete.
Onsite for a routine maintenance on a 2011 Trane furnace and 2022 condenser/AC. Found heavy dust on the return side, cleaned the outdoor unit, and updated data plates. Pressures were slightly low but normal. Suggested a deep internal clean and installed a UV bulb for better air quality. Job complete.
Technician visited to give an estimate for rebuilding the dryer’s 4" exhaust pipe in the basement. The job will need about 13 feet of pipe and three 90‑degree bends.
Completed an IBC Superflow installation, including a new air separator, manifold, purge points, and piping. Air was purged, the pump wired correctly, and new exhaust piped with drainage. Job complete.
Completed a deep clean on the outdoor condenser, disassembling it to remove dirt and debris. Inspected and maintained an Armstrong air system, ensuring all components met manufacturer specs.
Onsite for an AC not working where the furnace blower overshot the set temperature. After testing, technician reprogrammed the thermostat to ensure the fan only operates in circulation mode, aligning with the thermostat. A condenser cleaning will be completed on a return visit. Job complete
We completed a thorough duct cleaning and sanitization, including a return edition. Despite challenges, we cleaned the system as best as possible, using antimicrobial spray.
Onsite today for an Ac maintenance membership visit. Performed AC tune-up on a Armstrong air system. Completed maintenance membership and changed out 24v electronic air filter. System is cooling properly at this time. Job Complete.
Oniste today for a furnace maintenance visit. Completed maintenance checklist and found dirty blower housing. Recommendations include a blower pull and clean. Scheduled RTF Service project for next week. Ac maintenance is complete.
Onsite today for an Ac service call on a 3 ton Concord Condenser unit, Technician diagnosis is bad capacitor. Went over pricing with client and Replaced the capactior. System is now working as designed. Job is complete.

I had Jorge Rodriguez along with Eric Padilla do maintenance on our 4 split system and they did an amazing job! They were also able to give me estimates on future services that I’ll be needing. Not to mention, they were also able to give me a free one year membership as a compensation from a bad experience with another company! Literally THE BEST!! Very friendly, very professional, and very good with their jobs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I bought a new furnace and air. The service was great. Isaac was pilot and respectful and both he and Beto left the house as the found it. No issues

Jorge's service is excellent
Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
