Diagnosis for no cool. Clients have noticed equipment running longer than usual. Noticed ice buildup on coil and pressure line running to condenser unit. Updated client on pressure relation to efficiency and cooling. System blower motor slightly high, but not out of tolerance. Water damage and wear and tear overtime can reduce efficiency of blower motor causing freeze up through equipment. Quoted client for blower motor replacement, will follow up for any future work requested. System was cooling 30+ degrees below set temperature upon departure.
Mini split Cooper and Hunter 1yr old Maintenance- Cleaned coils and clean filters. Inspected blowers and found blowers with buildup. Will need to deep clean those. Condenser was bushed and cleaned. Drain lines were cleaned with shop vac. No other issues found. Estimate for cleaning will be sent via email.
RTF to finish diagnosing furnace/water heater. Water damage made it to circuit board. Water was able to coat terminals cutting off communication for internals. Verified AC still operational via house power. Water damage affected blower motor as well. Provided client with repair versus replacement options. Clients opted for replacing furnace. Replacement occurring today 7/27/26. Furnace only replacement, client will replace water heater at own discretion. All estimates and work emailed to Paul. Payment will be collected via mail in check.

Coral set up Corey did a great job!
appointment made for 2-4pm; Cory arrived a 2pm exactly, diagnosed the a/c with dying electrolytic capacitor, replaced it quickly and checked the air conditioner function (back in business). Cleaned up and left (as he usually does). Excellent service as usual - request Cory every time we call.
Levi showed up early which was great - before it got too hot. He explained how the system works and why it can’t cool the house when temps are above 90 degrees.
I highly recommend Clarks Mechanical! All of the staff members were personable, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was provided with temporary AC units while my new system was being installed. Excellent service provided by an excellent staff. What more could you ask for?

Technician worked steady. Had a issue or concern with system and Fred the owner came out and sure the system was running right.
The gas line to my dryer was stripped and had leaked. They were able to fix the gas pipe and put on a new flex hose. Dryer is now up and running. Thank you

I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.

These include the system fully opened, cleaned, and reassembled, along with pictures of each motor being tested and verified. The only items we mentioned were optional “nice‑to‑have” upgrades: additional return airflow and whole‑home surge protection, which many clients find beneficial but are never required.
