Onsite to perform maintenance on a 2020 Carrier coil and AC system. Found dirty filters, debris buildup, and air leaks. Advised clients on filter changes and addressed leaks. Noted unsafe venting issues with the water heater and chimney. Job complete.
Diagnosed a 2004 Goodman furnace with no cooling. Found the condenser was on but the furnace fan wasn't. Tested motor voltage and capacitor, finding low tolerance. Circuit board communication was intermittent. Discussed repair and replacement options.
Completed a swamp cooler diagnostic, replacing a snapped blower motor belt. Verified pump and float were unnecessary due to no water hookup. Restored operation, tensioned the belt, and tested fan speeds. Client will follow up for future needs.
Onsite today to provide Min-split split estimate. Left multiple estimates and will follow up, job complete.
Arrived to find the system wasn't cooling. The customer mentioned a recent visit by another tech for a leak, but no refrigerant was added. Charged a pound of R410, and the system is now cooling properly. No other issues were found.
Completed AC maintenance by inspecting and replacing the filter, confirming cooling functionality, and ensuring no error codes. Condenser coil was cleaned. Capacitor checked and found in good working condition. No issues detected.
Technician worked steady. Had a issue or concern with system and Fred the owner came out and sure the system was running right.
Onsite today for a new Rheem AC and evap coil install, ensuring it cooled effectively. We also added smoke and CO detectors for safety. Later, we verified the furnace wiring, confirming it now heats as intended. Job done.
Completed a full system replacement with an 80% efficient Rheem furnace and 3-ton AC. Installed new gas flex, filters, leveled and brazed the outdoor unit, ensuring proper pressure and decay tests. Operated systems for 15 minutes, passing smoke and CO tests.
The gas line to my dryer was stripped and had leaked. They were able to fix the gas pipe and put on a new flex hose. Dryer is now up and running. Thank you

I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.

These include the system fully opened, cleaned, and reassembled, along with pictures of each motor being tested and verified. The only items we mentioned were optional “nice‑to‑have” upgrades: additional return airflow and whole‑home surge protection, which many clients find beneficial but are never required.
