Full System Replacement (High Efficiency) Work Completion Date: June 23 (Install) June 24th (Duct Cleaning) Payment Type: Upon completion of install Special Notes: Can call to see if they are available sooner, but they do have travel plans. Betty Mead referred (Mom) Going from a 17" to a 21" - Two-stage/variable 3ton - Disconnect and patch humidifier hole. Running exhaust over garage, about 20', attic access is good. Came out today for a full system swap, installed a Rheem 80% single stage with a Rheem 13seer 3 ton matching the coil, installed new gas flex and new sediment trap, made transition from coil to plenum, wired the coil to the furnace, installed new thermostat, recovered old refrigerant and flush line set, brazed all lineset connections, pressure checked with nitrogen over 350 psi pressure held, vacuum below 250 microns, installed smokes and CO’s stayed 30 mins to make sure the equipment was working properly.
The customer reported the system turning on and off. Technician discovered the condenser was clogged with cottonwood, leading to high head pressure and inconsistent cooling. Scheduled a return visit to deep clean the condenser. Job complete
Conducted furnace maintenance, checked heat rise, and used a combustion analyzer to ensure CO levels were safe. Cleaned the flame sensor, inspected wiring and blower, and tightened the exhaust coupling. No issues found.
Completed a furnace upgrade to 80% efficiency, installing a new drainline and overflow switch. Added SS2 Electrical for GFCI and furnace switch. Rebuilt the chimney liner and flue. Before and after pictures below.
Technician onsite for reported freezing lines. Discovered two filters, one in the return and one near the furnace, restricting airflow. The blower cage was clogged with debris. Scheduled a blower cleaning for 6/26. Job complete.
Performed thorough RTU maintenance, including cleaning condenser coils, blower cage, and returns. Also provided estimates for replacing a leaking blower and cleaning evap coils and trays. The combustion sections were meticulously deep cleaned, with an estimate pending approval.
Onsite today for a mini split not cooling. Found low charge, fixed connections, and located a leak. Charged system with R454b. Now cooling at 48 degrees. No further issues.
Completed maintenance on a 2002/2003 AC and coil, and a 1993 high-efficiency furnace. Tested heat and cooling, cleaned coils, and removed debris. Verified safety and efficiency.
Onsite technician thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent, removing severe clogging. The furnace filter was replaced and monthly filter changes are advised due to potential dirt from the crawlspace. Job complete.

I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.
Hi Penny, thank you for reaching out. During our visit we did not recommend any repairs to your furnace, and we documented the full A/C service with over 25 photos in your account. These include the system fully opened, cleaned, and reassembled, along with pictures of each motor being tested and verified. The only items we mentioned were optional “nice‑to‑have” upgrades: additional return airflow and whole‑home surge protection, which many clients find beneficial but are never required.
