I had Jorge Rodriguez along with Eric Padilla do maintenance on our 4 split system and they did an amazing job! They were also able to give me estimates on future services that I’ll be needing. Not to mention, they were also able to give me a free one year membership as a compensation from a bad experience with another company! Literally THE BEST!! Very friendly, very professional, and very good with their jobs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Performed maintenance on two mini split systems: first mini split system is a Mitsubishi electric one outdoor unit 3 indoor head units. Inspected all electrical components in amperages which are all within range. Clean indoor and outdoor coils with in place coil cleaner. Took a temperature differential which all of them are hitting 101° and heating and 54° and cooling. Condensation pump in master bedroom head unit is intermittently operating and needs to be replaced estimate has been given to homeowner which she needs to talk to her husband. System two mini split ductless aire. Inspected all electrical components and amperages which are all within range. Clean indoor and outdoor coils with in place coil cleaner took temperature differential which I am getting 54° in cooling and 103° in heating. Both systems are operating properly in heating and in cooling. Homeowner is interested in a maintenance for their rinnai tankless water heater. Which estimate has been given for that as well.

Service maintenance on 2016 furnace. Rheem furnace and AC located in downstairs basement. Updated client upon arrival about expectations and time. System was heating 25° above the temperature upon arrival. System static pressures slightly low testing .12WC/.5 0WC rated. Notated heavy dust buildup throughout system and return. Removed and resurfaced flame sensor. Cleaned off all major internals and safety sensors before reassembling unit for testing. All internal amperage is tested within manufactured tolerance. Recommend recommendations include full system, deep clean, and 24 V filter. Client opted for deep cleaning, manager approved, complementary one year membership included. Will return to complete work Friday, March 20th, 8–10 AM.

Service estimate on horizontal 80% furnace. 125,000 BTU system installed in dugout in crawlspace. Client has recently relocated and is considering multiple options for replacement. Non-resetting breaker panel will need to be upgraded with installation as well. Double wall exhaust(furnace and WH), filter rack, furnace GFCI will also be required. 1400 square-foot property only requires 80,000 BTUFAU/2 ton AC and coil. Current system is grossly oversize. All estimates for replacement emailed to client for consideration. Manager approved included complementary duct cleaning upon completion of installation. Client will follow up on any future work required. System not fully cycled or certified.

This was just for furnace check up. Service was prompt, Jorge was on time and went to work. Both furnaces were checked out and cleaned. One part needed replacement and will be done this week. We also got an estimate for some other work to be done. Prices are reasonable and he didn't try to up sell us anything. Would recommend Clarks Mechanical for hvac work you might need done.

Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. No complaints and I would call Clarks again if needed.

Coral and Fred were very nice Fred came over to check see what all will be needed for the hot water heater change out but saw an issues the venting then went to Pueblo Regional and see the permits required, it turned out to be a little bit more to change out the hot water heater. Coral had to do a new estimate she explained why the difference and why it changed. I appreciate it that before the job started.
