RTF to install clients replacement reverse osmosis filters. Successfully replaced all reverse osmosis filters. Sediment pre filter, carbon pre-filter, carbon post filter all replaced. Client inquired about potential humidifier repairs. After going over repair versus replacement, clients opted for fan powered humidifiers to better indoor air quality/humidity. Follow up to install humidifiers and saddle valves,set for Friday 10/21/25, 8– 10 a.m. with Chris and Gilberto.
Onsite today for an RTF Boiler Service Project. Replaced relief valve due, then Flushed and purged boiler. No further issues at this time and boiler is shutting off at limit and heat is being circulated around to each zone and radiator. Job complete.
Onsite today for a 11 year old Intertherm Furnace High Efficiency Maintenance visit. Completed checklist and noted that Blower motor is leaking grease and oil from shaft - Scheduled RTF service call for blower motor replacement and air duct cleaning. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a Furnace Only Replacement. Technicians Removed and replaced old with new 80% Rheem Furnace. Installed new thermostat. System is now heating to set temp of 74. Job is complete.
Onsite today for an RTF Service call. Technician successfully Replaced Hot Surface Ignitor and control board. Furnace is now up and heating as designed. Job Complete.

Onsite today for a 2020 Concord Furnace maintenance visit. Checklist complete. Technician found that the furnace is Installed with no filter, a crushed return drop and is not sealed properly. Sent recommendations by email. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 1996 Lennox furnace no heat service call. Unit is Overheating and short cycling. Due to age and condition we recommend replacing unit. Scheduled same day install. Job Complete.
Onsite for a water heater service call. Technician found tank leaking also found a cracked 90 and a hole in the 3-in pipe. Client will do venting repair and pass on water heater at this time, Job Complete.

Our technician Corey was very thorough and cleaned thing along the way I wouldnt have expected to be part of the job. He explained things in way we could understand and gave us all our options on how to move forward. Very reasonably priced and was able to get me in the schedule within days.

Coral was on time, personable and answered all our questions. She cleaned the heat exchanger which had not been cleaned during 2 previous companies inspections. She was not pushy with sales. Will ask for her in the spring.
