ONsite today for a free 2nd opinion on a 2005 York Furnace. Diagnosis confirmed blower and cap needs replaced due to grease and oil as well as quoted water heater replacement. Scheduled water heater replacement and blower motor replacement, Job Complete.
Onsite today for a Full System Replacement. Installed new Rheem 95% Furnace and 15 Seer Ac, Installed new 24V Static filter and New TStat and then verified proper heating and cooling cycles. Job Complete.

Added new filter box and then Turned system on to verify proper working order and found no issues. Wired main zone of boiler onto wireless tstat, changed setting to water heater, turned on and verified zone came on, and pipes got hot on main floor. Job is complete.
Came out today for an indoor air quality service call. Quoted air duct cleaning and furnace replacement due to age and condition. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 10+ Furnace no heat service call. Turned into furnace quote due to working on furnace before - went over pricing and scheduled new furnace and ac installation for next day. Job
ONsite today for a same day Water Heater Installation. Installed a 50gl water heater, added expansion tank, 2 shut offs, new gas flex and updated exhaust. Water heater is up and running at this time. Job Complete
Onsite today for a no heat service call on a Lennox furnace. Diagnosis was giving an error code 311 which indicates air flow restriction. I have checked air filter which was recently changed. And upon further review I have found white mesh type filters within supply vents, which this can cause restriction at supply duct work. I have removed all mesh material and system has been running normally with a 45 degree temperature differential in heating. I have cleaned flame sensor as well. Job Complete.

He didn't service anything. I got another company to come and service my furnace. It was too small for him to bother with. He quoted me a +$600 to service and clean my furnace or $1400 price to clean my furnace and clean my ducts. The other company came adjusted my gas pressure to get better efficiency with less wasted energy. I think I called the wrong company. 12/16/25 just a note to say this company heard what I was saying and responded by refunding what I paid them. I appreciate this because I ended up hiring another company. Thank you.
