Water Heater Installation Possible 40gallon Gas Expansion Tank Needed? Client will send pics to text thread when he gets home from church. Installers are ready on standby for install. Came out today install 50gl water heater add expansion tank 2 shut off and new gas flex. Also up dated exhaust verified no leaks and water heaters up and running at this time
Onsite today for a no heat service call on a Lennox furnace. Diagnosis was giving an error code 311 which indicates air flow restriction. I have checked air filter which was recently changed. And upon further review I have found white mesh type filters within supply vents, which this can cause restriction at supply duct work. I have removed all mesh material and system has been running normally with a 45 degree temperature differential in heating. I have cleaned flame sensor as well. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a Furnace maintenance visit- Changed filter, cleaned flame sensor, checked for blue flame, checked electrical connections, checked pressure switch tubing, and checked for communication on thermostat. Job Complete.
Onsite today and Performed preventative maintenance on two on 24-year-old Rheem furnaces 80%. Completed maintenance on both furnace and noted major signs of rust & debris buildup. Sent recommendations. Job Complete.
Onsite today and Performed preventative maintenance / tune-up on two furnaces: Completed maintenance checklist for each furnace and noted that *First furnace American standard 9 years old 80%. Hot surface ignitas shows signs of discoloration. *Second furnace tempstar 26 years old 80%. Hot surface igniter shows signs of discoloration, corrosion, and rust. Blower motor assembly and housing has signs of major debris/dust buildup mainly on fins in squirrel cage. Sent recommendations for repair pricing. Job Complete.
Onsite for a furnace service call. Diagnosis is that the blower motor is leaking oil and is corroded with debris, heat exchanger is shows major signs of thinning metal, and high limit switch is damaged- most likely due to Air Flow restriction caused by air filter not being changed in a very long time and is completely clogged.Unit is beyond repair and needs replaced. Sent estimates and talked to the Landlord whom is too busy to deal with it. Job Complete.
Came out today for a boiler service call. Diagnosis found a faulty autofill valve. Recommend replacing TMP and Auto fill valve then Purging system for proper operation. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a maintenance visit on a Rinnai tankless water heater and an Armstrong Air Furnace. Completed maintenance checklist for each and verified proper working procedures. Notated buildup on furnace and went over the estimate for cleaning. Job Complete.
Rheem Furnace Installed in 2002 - Maintenance Upon arrival, furnace seemed to to be pretty clean as far as dust and debris was concerned. After starting the maintenance , it was discovered that the blower motor is completely caked with dust and debris , and the motor itself is leaking grease and oil and should be replaced sooner than later. Inducer is over amping, and water spots in filter box indicates a freezing and leaking coil. 20x25x1 filters needs replaced, none onsite. Cleaned cabinet, flame sensor and burners today. Furnace is only hitting 1ppm on carbon (nothing to worry about now, but issues are arising) I quoted a blower motor replacement, but I also sent furnace and air conditioner replacements. One of the quotes is for a high efficiency system that will be mandatory after 80% stock runs out in Colorado per the new Colorado Clean Air Act effective January 1st of this year. We are allowed to sell out of stock, then high efficiency equipment is mandatory. Full report sent

He didn't service anything. I got another company to come and service my furnace. It was too small for him to bother with. He quoted me a +$600 to service and clean my furnace or $1400 price to clean my furnace and clean my ducts. The other company came adjusted my gas pressure to get better efficiency with less wasted energy. I think I called the wrong company. 12/16/25 just a note to say this company heard what I was saying and responded by refunding what I paid them. I appreciate this because I ended up hiring another company. Thank you.
