appointment made for 2-4pm; Cory arrived a 2pm exactly, diagnosed the a/c with dying electrolytic capacitor, replaced it quickly and checked the air conditioner function (back in business). Cleaned up and left (as he usually does). Excellent service as usual - request Cory every time we call.
Levi showed up early which was great - before it got too hot. He explained how the system works and why it can’t cool the house when temps are above 90 degrees.
Onsite today for a 10 year old Trane AC Not cooling. The fan worked, but the compressor didn't. Found a bulged capacitor, replaced it, and the condenser started running. No other issues were found. Job complete.
Onsite to provide a service estimate for duct cleaning on a swamp cooler. The job included cleaning two vent access points and replacing a ceiling vent. The new vent is ready for pickup. Cleaning and installation are scheduled for Monday.
Diagnosed Dura Star 2024 system, finding healthy static pressures and normal refrigerant. The set temperature was too low, causing inefficient operation. Adjusting to within 15° of outdoor temperature will improve efficiency and comfort. Job complete.

Recommendations include an Air duct cleaning to prevent further buildup and potential back pressure on new equipment. Client will follow up on any future work requested. Job Complete.

The gas line to my dryer was stripped and had leaked. They were able to fix the gas pipe and put on a new flex hose. Dryer is now up and running. Thank you

I'm not sure if the a/c was checked as the tech was too involved in finding problems with my furnance and water heater. I only requested an a/c check for summer. I did not appreciate the 2 hours it took and not sure my a/c is ready. He tried to convince me I needed 2,100 dollars work on my furnace. I don't recommend this company and will never call them again.
Hi Penny, thank you for reaching out. During our visit we did not recommend any repairs to your furnace, and we documented the full A/C service with over 25 photos in your account. These include the system fully opened, cleaned, and reassembled, along with pictures of each motor being tested and verified. The only items we mentioned were optional “nice‑to‑have” upgrades: additional return airflow and whole‑home surge protection, which many clients find beneficial but are never required.
