Came out today to give bid for duct cleaning and running additional heat room for back bedroom.

Onsite today for a boiler service project. Replaced air vent, repiped zones and Cleaned heat exchanger and burners individually. I also cleaned off thermocouple. Purged air out of systems and made sure baseboards are heating correctly. No further work needed at this time. Job Complete.
Performed maintenance on a Trane furnace. Inspected all electrical components and amperages which are all within range. I have changed and dated 16x25x1 air filter. Flame sensor, burner assembly, and blower motor housing area had some minor dust debris buildup which I have cleaned on site without any full removal. Ductwork is clean upon arrival. I have cleared and cleaned any and all dust, debris within interior of furnace and exterior of furnace. Train furnace has a 40° temperature differential and is heating efficiently / properly at this time. Due to homeowner being a great customer we are offering him a complimentary one year membership agreement per Coral.
Onsite today for furnace and ac install. Installed new Rheem hvac system and verified proper working order. System is up and running as designed. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a no heat service call. Diagnosis is faulty Pressure switches which are not engaging. Went over pricing and ordered new switches. Job is scheduled to return when parts come in. Job complete for today.
Onsite for a 95% Full System Replacement Technicians removed and replaced old furnace and Ac with new Rheem 95% Furnace and Ac System. Installed new Honeywell t4 thermostat and checked smoke and co detectors. System is working as designed. Job Complete.
Onsite today for an Air Duct Cleaning. Technicians completed an air duct cleaning and sanitization with 10 supplies/3 returns. Job Complete. No further work required.
Onsite today for a Boiler Service call. Diagnosis confirmed Taco pump relay is buzzing and getting stuck also noted that there is No isolation valve on the right side of supply pump. Sent estimates for work needed. Job Complete.
This was just for furnace check up. Service was prompt, Jorge was on time and went to work. Both furnaces were checked out and cleaned. One part needed replacement and will be done this week. We also got an estimate for some other work to be done. Prices are reasonable and he didn't try to up sell us anything. Would recommend Clarks Mechanical for hvac work you might need done.
Onsite for an air duct cleaning. Successfully completed Air duct, cleaning and sanitization of home. All 12 supplies, two return accesses cleaned out. Double checked all connections were secure before closing system up. All accesses cleaned and sanitized properly, no further work required. Job complete.
Jorge's service is excellent
Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. No complaints and I would call Clarks again if needed.

Coral and Fred were very nice Fred came over to check see what all will be needed for the hot water heater change out but saw an issues the venting then went to Pueblo Regional and see the permits required, it turned out to be a little bit more to change out the hot water heater. Coral had to do a new estimate she explained why the difference and why it changed. I appreciate it that before the job started.
