Upon arrival of an AC maintenance, I checked electrical components to make sure voltage is were at correct readings as well as amperage’s, check the capacitor for microfarrads capacitor was within capacitance, outdoor coil is dirty recommend a cleaning as well as the blower motor is covered in dust needs to be pulled and cleaned. Ductwork has debris and obstructions inside the supply vents. I spoke with Miss Sherrine about whole home protection for the safety of their home and their equipment and left estimates for duct cleaning and a blower motor, pulling and clean
Service estimate for AC add on for 60k btu furnace. Spoke with client about all required updates for code. Verified proper power source for condenser unit. Emailed all estimates to client for confirmation. Job complete.
Technician onsite today found a broken low‑voltage wire causing communication issues. He replaced it, but the problem continued. Further testing showed the thermostat is faulty, so he recommend replacing it to fix the issue. Will return tomorrow for extensive diagnosis and repairs.
Onsite to check a 2014 champions cooler. Belt and pads to swamp cooler need to be replaced. All other parts are working fine. Duct cleaning will be completed as well as swamp repairs April 8th 8-10. No further work needed at this time.

I had Jorge Rodriguez along with Eric Padilla do maintenance on our 4 split system and they did an amazing job! They were also able to give me estimates on future services that I’ll be needing. Not to mention, they were also able to give me a free one year membership as a compensation from a bad experience with another company! Literally THE BEST!! Very friendly, very professional, and very good with their jobs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I bought a new furnace and air. The service was great. Isaac was pilot and respectful and both he and Beto left the house as the found it. No issues

Jorge's service is excellent
Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
