Onsite for a Boiler no heat service call. Zone valve has failed for bedrooms. Valve is stuck open. Will need to flush and purge since it hasn’t been done since 1998. Due to the condition of boiler and other possible major issues the customer will also be sent estimates for replacements. Job Complete.

Onsite for a 2008 Carrier Furnace Maintenance visit. Capacitor is out of variance, blower is leaking and completely impacted. Coil cannot be accessed. Chimney is lined, can grandfather into 80%er. Sent replacement vs repair options. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 2010 American Standard Furnace Maintenance visit. Checklist confirmed holes in the ductwork, Inducer motor is over amping and is leaking greace and oil from the front and back. Due to the cost of repairs versus the cost of replacement, we are highly recommending a replacement for this high efficiency furnace. Job Complete.
Performed maintenance on a 3-year-old Rheem furnace. Inspected all electrical components and amperages, which are all within range. Changed out 14x20x1 air filter. System is operating and functioning properly in heat mode at this time with a 40° temperature. Job Complete.

Onsite today for a furnace maintenance on a 11-year-old 80,000 BTU American Standard unit. Completed maintenance checklist. Hot surface igniters show signs of this coloration and pitted needs to be replaced in order for furnace to operate efficiently. Gave estimate for flame sensor. Job Complete
Successful completion of duct, cleaning and sanitization of system. Seven supplies/one return access cleaned. Notated heavy, dust and debris buildup throughout system. Successfully vacuumed and sanitized system throughout. Introduced antimicrobial antibacterial to system upon departure. No further work required.
Onsite today and Performed maintenance on a 9-year-old Armstrong air furnace. Completed maintenance checklist- System is operating in heat mode at this time with a 45° temperature differential. Job Complete.

We had a complicated job logistically, but Clark's went out of their way to schedule us as quickly as we were able to get the equipment.

This was just for furnace check up. Service was prompt, Jorge was on time and went to work. Both furnaces were checked out and cleaned. One part needed replacement and will be done this week. We also got an estimate for some other work to be done. Prices are reasonable and he didn't try to up sell us anything. Would recommend Clarks Mechanical for hvac work you might need done.
Jorge's service is excellent
Fred went above and beyond to sure everything is good for the inspection, there was other things that the city inspector saw that needed fix before they would pass so he went to get the supplies to fix the problem and had it all done when the inspector came back and pass ! I don't know of any other company would do that I'm really happy that I chose Clark Mechanical for the job.
Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. No complaints and I would call Clarks again if needed.

Coral and Fred were very nice Fred came over to check see what all will be needed for the hot water heater change out but saw an issues the venting then went to Pueblo Regional and see the permits required, it turned out to be a little bit more to change out the hot water heater. Coral had to do a new estimate she explained why the difference and why it changed. I appreciate it that before the job started.
