Introduced himself, explained the issues with my heat system & answered my questions. Judy a very polite man.
He was great; explained everything as he went. Was cordial and courteous, made me feel at ease that he was knowledgeable.
Upon arrival boiler was not wanting to communicate with the thermostats. Found both thermostats, not working and found bad rollout limit. It was stuck open, causing boiler to not turn on. Replaced switch and replaced thermostats and now boiler is communicating and working properly. Set up customer with our maintenance program to maintain boiler and do basic preventative maintenance. No further problems found at this time.
Onsite today for a no heat service call on an American standard furnace. Technician found the shut down switch was in the OFF position. I have turned system back on the ON position and the furnace turned and started heating. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a furnace maintenance visit. Home has two central cooling systems and 2 furnaces. Completed maintenance inspections and noted Unit number 1 is non-operational. Unit number 2 is operational and heating properly at this time with a 40° temperature differential. Sent recommendations on both units. Job Complete.
Good Service
He didn't service anything. I got another company to come and service my furnace. It was too small for him to bother with. He quoted me a +$600 to service and clean my furnace or $1400 price to clean my furnace and clean my ducts. The other company came adjusted my gas pressure to get better efficiency with less wasted energy. I think I called the wrong company. 12/16/25 just a note to say this company heard what I was saying and responded by refunding what I paid them. I appreciate this because I ended up hiring another company. Thank you.
