2017 Armstrong air diagnostic. Loud droning noise coming from inducer motor heard immediately upon arrival. High-pitched home apparent. System was heating 28° above the temperature upon arrival. Upon inspection, inducer motor operating on higher 90% of recommended amperage. Tested 2.21 A/2.35 rated. Unit is required to be pitched 2 to 5° forward per manufacture specifications. Unit level flat. Due to improper pitch, heavier amperage on system internals common. We’ll need to correct unit pitch to attempt to level system. Pressures and amperage. Cannot replace inducer motor until failed. Updated client on all findings throughout process. Will build estimates for pitch, and future replacement of motor. No fixes or repairs performed today as motor is sealed from factory.
Onsite today for an Ac and Furnace replacement. Installers removed old furnace and replaced with new Goodman 96% Furnace and 3.5 Ton Ac Condenser. Installed new side Bay filter rack and Sealed entire system. Turned system on to verify proper heating and cooling modes. Job Complete.
Onsite today for an Rtf service project. Successfully cleaned blower motor housing area and changed furnace air filter. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a no heat service call. Diagnosis is furnace needs a new filter and a deep cleaning for better airflow. RTF - service call scheduled for levi today.

Onsite today for a furnace service call. Upon arrival and inspection of furnace, Diagnosis is high temp error code E04 and the Heat exchanger is extremely corroded and rusted. Went over pricing with client and she opted for a Furnace and Ac replacement. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a Durastar 80% 50k Btu Furnace installation. Removed and replaced old with new and Added a new thermostat New furnace is installed and working properly. Job Complete.
Onsite for a No heat service call. Technician found a Loose wire in thermostat. Tightened wire and Boiler now starts up when its called for heating. No further work needed. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 2003 Rheem Furnace - No Heat. Diagnosis is Ignitor Needed, Scheduled RTF for tomorrow. Job Complete
Onsite today for a 2011 American Standard furnace maintenance visit. Blower motor replacement is needed due to being completely caked with dirt and debris and is leaking grease. Sent estimate to homeowner. Job Complete.
2007 Furnace Maintenance - (18years old). System has clogged filters, furnace is short cycling and tripping on high limit. New filters needed along with a deep cleaning. No answer on landlord cell phone so we sent estimate by email. Job Complete.

Coral was on time, personable and answered all our questions. She cleaned the heat exchanger which had not been cleaned during 2 previous companies inspections. She was not pushy with sales. Will ask for her in the spring.
