Upon arrival, customer stated that there’s no cooling and system shuts off after running for 30 seconds. Went to condenser and found condenser covered in a blanket of debris on coil fins. Went ahead and cleared debris with chemical. Found liquid line cap missing and I went ahead and replaced it. Suggested a deep clean in the future. Also suggest the system gets routine maintenance to prevent any failure. Will follow up with customer. No further problems found at this time.
Upon arrival, customer mentioned wire line was leaking and would like it fixed. Fixed waterline with copper line and new compressions.
Came out today for full system install with ac being added on. Removed furnace and replaced with new. Installed Prestige iaq with redlink connected all components for redlink gateway prestige iaq, outdoor sensor, turned on after to verify proper working order and found no issues. Job complete.
Went out today for an AC no cool. Found that the 50 amp breaker for system was off, I have switched breaker back on and system came on properly. I did find that the air filter was dirty and clogged (crawl space) I changed it for homeowner. System is operating/cooling properly at this time. Job complete.
Came out today for an indoor air quality service call. We cleaned all of the air ducts, all of the supply and returns and registers. Job is complete
The technician came out today for an indoor air quality service call. We cleaned all of the air ducts, all of the supply and returns and registers. The technician then applied an antimicrobrial spray in the air ducts for sanitizing. Job complete.
I called today and with in 30 minutes he was here. Within a couple hours he had us going again!
Tech went to location today to give estimate to replace both single pole contactor and capacitor. Replaced single pole contactor and capacitor. System came on properly and is cooling. Compressor is also making an intermittent grinding noise so need to keep an eyes. Job complete.
Went to location for AC maintenance. System was cooling upon arrival. Updated all data play pictures before accessing circuit board. Filter recently changed, heavy dust buildup in return ducting. Disassembled condenser unit and cleaned inside and out with coil cleaner and water. System was cycled before departure. Job complete.
Sent to clients home today for a quote. Blower Motor and Deep Clean needed - not well maintained. Motor cannot breath. Revving and struggling extremely bad. Quote emailed. Job complete
Quotes sent for FVW Non-Profit Location. Refrigerant lines were cut/stolen. AC Indoor Coil is in very rough shape, furnace has major rust and corrosion as well. Job complete

I had previously left a great review. However soon after the service was completed it was not long before my tenant at 3521 Walnut ln complained of the same problem with the A / C unit not working properly. We called another service who identified the problem immediately, repaired it and it is NOW working properly. Although we got good service from Clark's Mechanical, , the problem was Mia diagnosed which caused us extra / additional unnecessary expenses. End result......not happy with the service as it was misdiagnosed and not as thorough as we had originally thought.

We’re sorry to hear that the A/C issue at your rental location resurfaced and that you felt it necessary to bring in another provider. That said, we’d like to clarify the scope and accuracy of the service we provided. During our visit, our technician performed a comprehensive inspection and thoroughly documented the condition of the system with photos. The A/C unit showed clear signs of long-term neglect and lack of routine maintenance. Our technician identified an extremely clogged air filter, a dirty blower motor, and a severely impacted condenser coil. The buildup on the coil was so extensive that we had to fully disassemble the outdoor condenser, manually remove layers of debris, and perform a chemical cleaning to restore proper function. At the time of our departure, the system was cooling effectively, and the deep cleaning we performed appeared to have resolved the issue. Because the unit was operating properly, there was no indication that additional repairs were necessary, and we did not recommend any. We also feel that regardless of us preforming the deep clean OR you calling another company out, it would have needed to be completed either way to get accurate refrigerant readings and to make sure any diagnostic was accurate and fair. All findings and services were clearly communicated and quoted during our visit. The work we completed was both essential and fairly priced, especially considering the level of effort required. We understand your frustration, but it’s important to note that systems with significant wear and deferred maintenance along with clogged filters and coils can continue to experience issues even after thorough servicing. We take pride in being transparent, detailed, and fair in our work, and we stand by the service we provided. We called with a very urgent need to fix the air conditioning until at the home of my 91-year old aunt on a hot summer day. Jorge arrived before we expected and did a fantastic job getting the unit working quickly. And I really appreciated his integrity, as the fix was really simple, and he did not attempt to charge us more for work that did not need to be completed. Very impressive! I will be calling Jorge at Clarks Mechanical in the future!
