Boiler maintenance- cleaned boiler combustion tray. Cleaned thermocouple and burners due to them covered in debris. Made sure zones were working properly. Performed combustion test and printed test out for customer. Took thermal readings of each zone. Expansion tank is good. Water storage tank cuts off at 140 degrees as well. No issues on boiler system at this time.
AC Only (Basic Efficiency - 13 Seer) Work Completion Date: Thursday Payment Type: TBD Special Notes: Re-Route gas line, no charge. 10% off per Coral Came out today for ac swap. Recovered refrigerant and turned off breakers for safety. Removed and replaced old with new. New gas flex, sediment trap, rerouted gas line, new ez trap cleanout with brush, new condensate pump, new pad for condenser, lineset cover, 24v filter 20x25x1, temp split of roughly 18. Brazed in loneset, pressure checked above 300 psi pressure held pulled vacuum below Manu specs amd performed vacuum hold test that also passed released refrigerant. Turned system on to verify proper working order and found no issues.
Full System Replacement (Heat Pump) - 3ton Work Completion Date: Next Friday
Onsite today for furnace service call for no heat. Diagnosis detemined that furnace is from 1996 and has a locked up inducer motor. client went with option to replace unit. Installation scheduled this Job is complete.
2016 Amana Furnace is doing very well, motors are good, system and filters are clean. No carbon leaks no gas leaks. Duct clean suggested again. Major discount and complimentary renewal offers for duct cleaning this visit. Membership: Clarks Membership - Service Agreement 1 year Start date: Apr 22, 2025 Exp date: Apr 21, 2026 Status: Active
2016 Concord Furnace and AC Tenant has complaints of very high utility bills. AC constantly runs. During diagnostic found that system is extremely dirty. Clogged indoor coil, dirty blower cage, condenser is completely impacted with no air flow getting through fins. Recommend deep clean and top off on R410a - If refrigerant is low next year, then there is a confirmed leak, and a repair will be necessary. A duct cleaning should also be considered at this location. Attempted to call Jason (landlord) while onsite. No answer.
Technicinans are onsite today do an ac addition of a 2 Ton 13 seer Goodman Ac Unit and matching evap cool. Electricians completed electrical portion. Technicians made sure the Ac was up and cooling before leaving. Inspection scheduled for Friday. Job complete.
Rtf to install 24v filter, and diagnose system. After breaking down system for diagnosis found system unable to continue order of operations past gas valve. Confirmed proper power at IDM, and surface igniter. Gas valve received proper 24v but would not open to initiate heating. After going over repair vs replacement with client, opted for replacement. Furnace/Ac Install Scheduled next week. Job Complete
Performed membership, furnace maintenance/tuneup. System Clean internal furnace of black debris. System is operating and heating properly at this time, but was highly suggest a major and full furnace cleaning. My recommendation would be to do a full internal cleaning of furnace but due to the constant build up of smoke from fork lifts and where furnace is located furnace would have to be cleaned every other month so system would stay cleaned and wouldn’t go off due to high limit or airflow obstruction. Other recommendation would be to isolate furnace from remainder of warehouse, which would be building a protective wooden shield around furnace to prevent system to be continuously dirty
Furnace maintenance- Cleaned flame sensor, changed air filter, checked ignitor, checked app for past alarms, measured heat rise, checked blower, checked for CO, checked for blue flame, made sure heat ran, wiped down unit inside and out, and checked electrical connections. No further worked needed and no present errors on Furnace.

I highly recommend Clark’s Mechanical. My technician, Jorge was very nice. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done.
Coral was on time, gave a heads up call to let me know she was on her way. Professional in her field and knew what she was doing, respectful, wore shoe covers as to protect my flooring. I was impressed that she was in a field most women are not in and I liked that a lot! I would have loved if I could have gotten a lower pricing it really would have been beneficial especially last years prices.

Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and professional, he went through great lengths to troubleshoot and resolve my AC issues. I will be using Clark's going forward for all of my HVAC needs as well as regular maintenance. My only regret is that I can't rate Jorge and Clark's higher than 5 stars!

Our air conditioner stopped working. I called at 8:30 am and Coral was here at noon and replaced our capacitor in about 20 minutes. We now have cool air again. We are very pleased

Initially the person who came out told me that the filters needed to be replaced so I replaced that and it still didnt work. I called them back and they sent me another tech, they fixed the capacitor and now it is completely fixed! Corey is who came back out and I cant say enough good things about him! I really hope you enjoy your steak Corey!

10 out of 10. Very knowledgeable, no bs, Straight shooter, fair prices, down to earth, good people. Called got us in next day for free estimate and next day install. Amazing. Just moved here a few months ago so i know no one, would definitely recommend them to anyone, very glad we went with them. Locally owned, family run, just cant give enough praise.
