Performed membership maintenance / tune-up on a Goodman furnace and a Bosch heat pump system. I have inspected all electrical components and amperages, all are within range. I have changed out the 16x25x1 air filter, will recommend 24v electronic air filter. I have tested heating in both regular heating from heat pump which has a 35° temperature differential and in emergency heat gas which has a 48° temperature differential. Upon inspection I have found that blower motor assembly and housing has major debris buildup which I will recommend pulling blower motor assembly out, disassembling each components, and individually deep clean in order for system to continue operating efficiently in heating and in cooling. System is operating properly and heating on both stages at this time.
Onsite today for an RTF boiler service call. Technician successfully replaced circulator pump and aquastat, verified that boiler is up and running like new and circulating at zones properly. Job Complete.
Onsite today for an ac estimate. Sent estimates for running new ine set from indoor unit to outdoor condensing unit, pressure testing, vacuuming system, and testing operations of mini split system. Job Complete

Onsite today for an Indoor Air Quality Service call. Technician successfully completed air duct cleaning and sanitization of system and new filter bay installed. No further work required. Job Complete
Onsite for an American Standard Ac and Furnace Maintenance visit. Both Ac and Furnace maintenance checklists are complete. Ac is doing good but furnace has extreme dust buildup within blower motor assembly and housing. Recommendation is to do a full pull and clean. Job Complete.

Technician is onsite today for a Boiler maintenance visit. Completed boiler maintenance and found relief valve leaking into a puddle, lots of rust and mineral on boiler itself indicating a cracked heat exchanger. Will send estimates for replacement. Job Complete
Onsite for a no Heat service call. Diagnosis is lack of airflow due to air filter being clogged and dirty flame sensor. Cleaned flame sensor and filter and furnace is now heating with a 40° temperature split. Job Complete.

Coral was on time, personable and answered all our questions. She cleaned the heat exchanger which had not been cleaned during 2 previous companies inspections. She was not pushy with sales. Will ask for her in the spring.
