Recall to verify operation of Clark‘s installed diffuser. Verified furnace operation and amperage before accessing set diffuser. Power from receptacle normal, as well as power at unit. Removed internal canister to access reservoir. Cleared out exhaust hose and intake hose to unit. No debris found in line set, system is cycling proper. Clients concern is intensity of diffuser has lessened significantly since install. Verified exhaust hose was dispersing oil on time. Will follow up with different sent oil to attempt to improve indoor smell. No failed or compromised parts at this time, will follow up with new oil.Will send separate estimates for PRV replacement, washer receptacle replacement, and exhaust hole drilling for dryer vent.

Customer stated that boiler wasn’t heating correctly. Zones valves are opening and closing correctly. Boiler air vent needs to be replaced and expansion tank. Found lots of buildup on pump inlet and outlet. Tells me there’s a massive leak. Found leaking on solder joints by purge ball valve. Heat exchanger needs cleaning. Temp gauge is damaged and will need replacement. System burners need to be cleaned. Boiler needs a purge and flush due to many years without one. Slant fin is no longer in business making it hard for part availability. Estimates for repairs and replacements will be sent to email on file.
Technicians are onsite today for a Furnace and water heater replacement. Removed and replaced old furnace and water heater with a new 80% Rheem furance and 40 Gallon Rheem water heater.
Onsite and Performed membership maintenance on a 7 year old Rheem furnace located in utility room. Completed maintenance checklist and all are within manufacture specs. Job Complete.

Onsite today for a 2023 - Lennox Furnace Maintenance. Completed Maintenance checklist and furnace is doing good -Ac is a 2000 R22 unit and has rust and heavy corrosion. Went over Ac Prices and scheduled Ac Swap for next week. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 2025 Amana furnace maintenance visit. Completed maintenance checklist. All system internals tested within manufacturer specifications. Recommendations include 24 V filter for active Static cleaning, and UV bulb installed in the coil to prevent biological buildup throughout the condensation line. Job complete.

The team, headed by Christopher, came in and installed a great new HVAC system in our 5-year-old home when our furnace failed. They came in and installed the new system in a day and were the best to have in our home! Great service! Great Professionalism! Great Products! Cant say enough about the install, the system that Christopher and Gilberto put in, and a shout out to Levi, who cleaned the ducts also!!!! Clarks is great!

Fred was beyond knowledgeable about the work he does. He took the time to explain in detail about the condition of our furnace and what to expect going forward. Very professional in his approach. The quote he gave me to replace the furnace in the near future was very reasonable as well. We will be using his company to install a new one when the time comes
