Came out today for heat pump estimate. At this time I believe the furnace is okay, it is oversized but I think it's savable. We will replace If absolutely necessary. Gave estimates for 3Ton heat pump, as well as maybe a furnace replacement. Waiting for clients decision. Job complete
Came out today for ac maintenance, inspected all electrical components and all amperage’s are in range. Air filter has been changed out. System is at a 20 degree temperature split with good pressures 125 suction 345 liquid. System is operating and cooling properly at this time. Job complete
Came out today for ac maintenance, checked and changed filter pad in the electronic filter. Checked blower for debris and checked electrical connections on circuit board. Checked condenser for debris and checked evap coil for debris. Capacitor is inspect and contactor is in good shape. Will need to clean return duct due to dog hair and build up. And 24 volt filter needs replacement. Gave estimates for a duct cleaning, as well as filter pad replacements. Other than that HVAC system is in good shape. Job complete
Came out today for ac maintenance. Checked condenser coils, cleaned electrical cabinet on condensers, checked voltage and checked capacitors. Checked filters and removed filters. Customer said they will replace filters. Inspected blowers and tightened electrical connections. No further issues found on HVAC system. Job complete
Exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond professionalism knowledge and respectfulness.
Technician is onsite today for a Mini Split Service Call. Upon arrival, customer stated that cassette to mini split was leaking water. Found Clogged filters in each cassette. Inspected evap coils and coils were clean and not clogged. Washed off accessible filters. Cassette to living room will need more time to defrost. No further issues were found on the cassettes or mini split condensers. Job Complete.
Came out today for mini split service call. System was giving error code 12. Checked flame sensor and clean off sensor. Went up, top on roof and checked screen around flue. Found tape sealed over venting for flue gas. Remove tape and added zip tie to screen/netting. System now works correctly with no issues. No further concerns with tankless water heater. Job complete
Came out today for furnace maintenance on a 2017 - Rheem Furnace. Home is for sale. Equipment at location is in good condition and is safe. Cleaned all major components today and checked for carbon/gas/refrigerant leaks. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils with chemical cleaner. System is good far sale of home. Job compete
So far we just have just received an estimate from Clarks Mechanical but Coral knocked it out of the park. Very friendly and informative. She took her time explaining everything and offered discounts where she could.

These guys are great! Woke up with no heat, they were at our house and had diagnosed the problem within just a few hours. The financial options they offered made it possible for us to have a huge repair done the same day!!

Clarks Mechanical was excellent. We had a same day appointment with Coral, she was amazing. Went through explaining everything happening with our furnace and AC. No one has ever been so thorough. Loved the whole crew!! Very sweet, caring & knowledgeable! Everyone answered our questions as they arose with utmost patience.
