Perform maintenance/tune up on a Durastar furnace. Review and inspected all electrical components as well as averages, which are all within range. Changed out the 16x25 electronic air filter and cleaned air filter grill. It's lower motor assembly and housing is clean and clear of all dust and debris. Flame sensor has been cleaned on site. For this has been cleaned interior and exterior of all dust and debris. System is functioning/operating and heating properly at this time with a third degree temperature differential
Performed membership maintenance on a Armstrong air furnace. Inspected all electrical components and amperages which are all within range. Upon review of furnace I have found that blower motor assembly has dust / debris buildup which can cause the system to not operate as efficiently due to airflow reduction and drag on squirrel cage fins which within time can cause blower motor to overheat and fail, this will need to be clean in order to operate efficiently. 16x25x1 air filter was clean upon arrival. Flame sensor has been clean on site. System is heating at this time not as efficiently due to build up on squirrel cage. system has a 40° temperature differential
Onsite today for a 16yo Carrier furnace maintenance visit. Completed maintenance checklist and noted that Blower is leaking grease and oil and Ac coil is rusted. Gave estimate for repair vs replacement. Job Complete.
Onsite today to Perform a maintenance / tune-up on a modular style furnace. Completed maintenance checklist and notated major debris and dust buildup through out system. Recommendation would be to do a full assembly pull and clean. System has a 35° temperature differential and is heating at this time. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a furnace no heat service call. Found flame sensor with lots of debris cleaned it off and furnace worked correctly. Changed filter on system as well. No further work needed. Job complete.
Came out today for a water heater replacement. Technicians succesfully removed old water heater and replaced with a new 50 Gallon Rheem Water heater, replaced prv valve and made sure home is up to code. Job Complete.
I was told the job would take 3 days but they did in 3 days. The inspector found a small problem and Corey fixed it today

Onsite today for a 2022 Champion high-efficiency furnace maintenance and dryer vent cleaning. Completed maintenance checklist and Hvac System is heating 35° above set temperature. Recommendations include ongoing system, maintenance, duct, cleaning, and 24 V filter to mitigate dust and hair buildup throughout home. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a Boiler Replacement. Technicians removed Slant fin boiler and replaced with a LAARS JX boiler and new expansion tank then Flushed each zone. Boiler started up and is heating as designed. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 2015 Heatpump/Air Handler Maintenance visit. Maintenance checklist complete and estimate was sent for Indoor coil cleaning that was very impacted. Job Complete.
I was provided with a complete and clear explanation regarding my system and the problems it has. Issues were ranked in priority order to make a plan for repairs.

The team, headed by Christopher, came in and installed a great new HVAC system in our 5-year-old home when our furnace failed. They came in and installed the new system in a day and were the best to have in our home! Great service! Great Professionalism! Great Products! Cant say enough about the install, the system that Christopher and Gilberto put in, and a shout out to Levi, who cleaned the ducts also!!!! Clarks is great!

Chris was excellent in showing us every step of the process with putting in our new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had.
