Completed a comprehensive HVAC upgrade, installing three new supply duct runs with fittings and flexible piping. Added new boots, registers, and sealed all connections with duct mastic. Ensured no leaks and achieved the target temperature. Also installed a 4” sidewall exhaust and a bathroom exhaust fan with flexible ducting.
Technician performed routine maintenance on a Carrier furnace and AC, including filter replacements and cleaning coils. The system was running cool, and I updated the client on all readings. Recommended an IAQ additive for better air quality. Job complete.
Onsite today for a 13 Seer 3 Ton Ac system swap. Technicians successfully installed one 13 seer 3 ton Rheem Ac and matching Evaporator coil and then installed smokes and CO’s to proper building code. Verified Ac is cooling properly and Job is complete.
Onsite for a returning Ac service project. Cleaned blower and surrounding area and Removed filter due to it being clogged (18x24x1). Verified proper working order before leaving. Job Complete.
Onsite today to inspect the system, found a clogged condenser coil, and noticed buildup on the blower fins. The contactor was pitted, and the capacitor was low. The disconnect was loose, and the whip connection was hanging. We'll return to clean the condenser and blower cage. Job complete.
Completed a full system replacement with high-efficiency 96% units. Installed a Rheem two-stage condenser and coil, new components, and ran necessary pipes. Recovered old refrigerant, brazed and pressure-checked linesets.
Arrived to find a non-cooling system. Discovered a leak, two filter driers, and a clogged drier. Cleared lines, replaced the drier, fixed the leak, and added a new section. Vacuumed and pressure tested. Found a blown contactor, replaced it, and the system started correctly. Job complete.
Diagnosed a 2020 Carrier AC system with cooling issues. Static pressure was low, and debris blocked airflow. We planned a deep clean and refrigerant test. We'll arrive on Friday, 7/17, 8–10 AM, and need two cans of cleaner.
We noticed an unusual smell when our AC kicked on one day last week. After many years of using a large, well-known Pueblo HVAC company whose service (in my estimation) has suffered after being bought out by an even larger non-local entity, I was looking for someone smaller, local, competent, and responsive. Clarks Mechanical met all the criteria. The lady I spoke to in their office was professional, friendly, and promptly scheduled a service call for the next day. On the service day, I was notified when the tech was on his way (on time as promised). The tech, Levi Acuna, was outstanding. Like the office personnel, he was friendly and professional. He also proved his competence, quickly diagnosing that the smell was coming from a blower motor burning out. He contacted a distributor, made arrangements to get a new motor, and handled all the red tape to ensure the cost of the part was covered under the still-in-effect warranty. As this was on a Friday, and because the new motor wouldn't be available to install until Monday, he offered to bring out a portable AC unit to help get us through the 100-degree temps expected that weekend. On Monday, he arrived before the promised time and quickly and efficiently installed the new motor, got the system running, and made sure all the numbers were checking out as they should before leaving. The entire process was no stress/no mess, with Levi demonstrating high-level expertise, follow through, personableness and a commitment to customer-focused service and transparency. He was also an excellent communicator. Clarks Mechanical proved to be exactly what I was looking for -- local, responsive, nimble, and highly competent. Moving forward, Clarks and Levi are my new go-to HVAC resources.

We had a HVAC system maintenance and was told that our A/C system was a 2 ton and needed a 3 ton, which we knew after the fact when we built our house in 2016. So we bit the bullet and had Clarks Mechanical, clean our duct and vents. They did a good job with the cleaning of the vents and ducts. One complaint was the floor cover blankets were dirty and had dog hair that was left on our floors. Other than that we were happy with the before and after pictures of everything they did. We also had them install a new Rheem A/C unit. Christopher was personable, professional and did a good job on the installation. Also, a shout out to Coral for her explanations and reassurances during, and after, the installation of our new A/C units. We are now enjoying true comfort inside as summer approaches. We look forward to a cool summer and lower energy bills. I recommend Clarks Mechanical and will continue to use them to service our HVAC system in the future.
