Came out to service 1999 Air Ease furnace, Completed maintenance checklist and found several issues including Heating Delta exceeding manufacturer's specifications, Heat exchanger is extremely stressed, Igniter and Capacitor and resistors beginning to burn up on the control board. Presented options for repair and replacment. Call complete
Onsite today for an air duct cleaning in Pueblo West. Succesfully cleaned 21 supply vents/registers. We removed and cleaned all accessible supply registers, and thoroughly cleaned each accessible supply duct to remove accumulated dust, dirt, debris, and buildup from the HVAC ductwork. Job Complete.

Tyler and his partner worked hard, very steady and very thorough. They were easy to have here. Whatever small mess they made they cleaned up completely before they left. His partner worked outside in the rain all day installing a new air conditioner - he never stopped and did a wonderful job. Tyler was here for over 8 hours, in our crawl space which must have been very uncomfortable and never took a break or complained or acted tired. Real steady, positive, thorough job. He completely explained every aspect of the entire project and we felt comfortable that we knew and understood.
Rio was very diligent and thorough and never stopped until his work was complete. If he couldn't clean a particular vent he would explain why and apologize that his brush wouldn't fit that vent.
Performed a thorough boiler tune-up, checked stats, zones, and baseboards. Verified heat distribution, inspected for leaks, and ensured CO and gas levels were safe. System now fully operational.
Levis approach was systematic and followed a seemingly logical progression. His inspection seemed thorough and he explained things clearly and succinctly. His photographic documentation seemed pretty thorough as well.

Assessed a 2021 Rheem furnace with no heat. Found the thermostat set to cooling, coil needing cleaning, and a leaking evaporator coil. The heat exchanger was heat-stressed and white. Advised on improper installation and water damage. Recommend replacement. Job complete.
Performed routine maintenance on a 2022 Rheem heat pump, addressing noise concerns. Checked connections, drain lines, and updated the client on pitch and draining. Filters were replaced, and system pressure was tested. Heating performance and motor tolerances were verified, along with conventional heat operation.
Overall, just great, we are very pleased.

Came out the afternoon of the initial call. Fred was right on time. He wasn't even there 10 minutes and had already found the problem. Prior to Fred coming out, we had the company that initially installed the unit 6 years ago, and after 2 service calls, a deep clean of the condenser unit, a refrigerant charge of 3lbs, and a large bill, and we were told that would fix it, Fred found the issue of a broken line on the coil, whereas the other company didn't even check for leaks. He gave us 3 options for prices if we wanted Clarks to fix it, and it was a no hassle, no pressure transaction. After we decided to have Clarks do the work, afterhours, Fred delivered 2 portable cooling units and set them up inside the house to keep us somewhat comfortable until our unit was repaired. He was able to come back the next day, but due to scheduling conflicts it was scheduled for 2 days out. Extremely happy with the service!

We had a HVAC system maintenance and was told that our A/C system was a 2 ton and needed a 3 ton, which we knew after the fact when we built our house in 2016. So we bit the bullet and had Clarks Mechanical, clean our duct and vents. They did a good job with the cleaning of the vents and ducts. One complaint was the floor cover blankets were dirty and had dog hair that was left on our floors. Other than that we were happy with the before and after pictures of everything they did. We also had them install a new Rheem A/C unit. Christopher was personable, professional and did a good job on the installation. Also, a shout out to Coral for her explanations and reassurances during, and after, the installation of our new A/C units. We are now enjoying true comfort inside as summer approaches. We look forward to a cool summer and lower energy bills. I recommend Clarks Mechanical and will continue to use them to service our HVAC system in the future.
