Onsite for a furnace estimate. Came out today to quote heating and cooling equipment for a duplex that has standard mini-splits currently installed. The current mini-splits are not sufficient for all year heating and cooling in Colorado. Hyper-splits that can efficiently heat down to -22° is what is needed and will be quoted. Job Complete.
Onsite for an Indoor Air Quality- Duct cleaning quote. Went over different options and scheduled an Air Duct cleaning. Job Complete.
Onsite for a return visit for a furnace service project. Replaced both control board and gas valave and system then ignited and ran correctly. No further work needed at this time. JOb Complete.
Onsite today for no heat service call on a unit heater located in shop. I have found that the space center was intermittently operating and heating due to a dirty flame sensor. I have cleaned flame sensor and tested space heater which is now heating properly at this time. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a Lennox furnace no heat service call. Diagnosis is a faulty control board. Found board not supplying 24volts to valve. Scheduled service project for Monday- Job today is complete.
Customer stated that system was taking two trials to ignite and does work. The technician cleared the pressure switch tubing and Found wires chewed up by mice. Found that the thermostat is old and a relay may be stuck at times. No further issues found today. Job Complete.
Onsite today and Performed maintenance on two mini split systems within home, five indoor ceiling head units and two outdoor condensers. I have inspected all electrical components, and amperages all are in manufactured specs. I have cleaned outdoor condenser coils and indoor head unit coils. Job Complete.
Onsite and Performed membership maintenance on a intertherm module style furnace. Inspected all electrical components and amperages, all are within range. I have cleaned the 16x25x1 reusable air filter. Cleaned all interior of furnace and Freed of all dust and debris. Tested all operations and safety features which are all within manufactured specs. System is heating efficiently and properly at this time with a 45° temperature differential. Job Complete
Onsite today for a No Heat Service call on an Armstrong Air furnace. - Client replaced Inducer and pressure switch. Furnace was not installed properly and major drainage issues are occurring. Heat exchanger has stress fractures. Client has serious issues with AC last season as well. Quoted repairs and replacement. Job Complete.
Onsite and Performed a maintenance/tune up on a Durastar furnace. Completed maintenance checklist and Changed out the 16x25 electronic air filter and cleaned air filter grill. System is functioning/operating and heating properly at this time, Job Complete.
I was told the job would take 3 days but they did in 3 days. The inspector found a small problem and Corey fixed it today

The team, headed by Christopher, came in and installed a great new HVAC system in our 5-year-old home when our furnace failed. They came in and installed the new system in a day and were the best to have in our home! Great service! Great Professionalism! Great Products! Cant say enough about the install, the system that Christopher and Gilberto put in, and a shout out to Levi, who cleaned the ducts also!!!! Clarks is great!

Chris was excellent in showing us every step of the process with putting in our new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had.
