From the phone call to set up the appointment to having the service done by Josh and then a false alarm follow up visit by Fred, my experience with Clark’s Mechanical was exceptional! I will definitely be calling them again for future service!
He was great in all aspects! He explained everything he was doing & how the system worked. Polite & professional. Wore a uniform. Sent me an email photo of what he looked like before he arrived. Sent a full invoice of everything he did.

Levis approach was systematic and followed a seemingly logical progression. His inspection seemed thorough and he explained things clearly and succinctly. His photographic documentation seemed pretty thorough as well.

Came out the afternoon of the initial call. Fred was right on time. He wasn't even there 10 minutes and had already found the problem. Prior to Fred coming out, we had the company that initially installed the unit 6 years ago, and after 2 service calls, a deep clean of the condenser unit, a refrigerant charge of 3lbs, and a large bill, and we were told that would fix it, Fred found the issue of a broken line on the coil, whereas the other company didn't even check for leaks. He gave us 3 options for prices if we wanted Clarks to fix it, and it was a no hassle, no pressure transaction. After we decided to have Clarks do the work, afterhours, Fred delivered 2 portable cooling units and set them up inside the house to keep us somewhat comfortable until our unit was repaired. He was able to come back the next day, but due to scheduling conflicts it was scheduled for 2 days out. Extremely happy with the service!
