System was not firing. Ignitor didn’t glow checked voltage with meter. Ignitor had voltage but did not glow. Replaced hot surface ignitor and system started up properly. No further problems found.

Onsite in Pueblo West today to quote out a small section of flex duct that has had standing water in it. While we were discussing the situation, client also chose to have ducts cleaned and sanitized. Replacement flex and duct clean scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Payment upon completion.

Onsite for a maintenance on a 2021 Nortek Mobile Home Furnace. Motors seem to be doing okay at this time, but system needs a deep clean mainly focused on a blower motor pull and clean along with full deep clean of cabinet. Duct clean was also highly recommend. Client opted to proceed with quote. Deep Clean and duct clean scheduled for Tuesday.

Replaced grounded compressor and installed new compressor and put acid treatment in crank case. Also flushed line set as well changed Schrader cores. System called for 6.1 pounds of R410a. After charging system I let the system run and took supply temp readings. No further issues found at this time and system is working correctly.

Technicians installed a Durastar Furnace and Ac Condenser as well as a Honeywell T4 Thermostat.

Came out today for a no heat service call on a Goodman Furnace. The technician did diagnosis and found that the pressure switch was stuck open, so I went ahead and exercised the diaphragm in the pressure switch. The switch then gave off continuity. I advised the client not to block return grills and to keep supply vents open for maximum airflow. Will send an estimate for pressure switch replacement in case the problem persists. No further issues have been found on the HVAC system at this time.

Coral was very friendly and helpful, our heat and air system was very old, Coral explained the benefits of keeping and fixing the one we have and the benefits of a new system, she gave us several options to choose from was very informative, honest and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend.

Loved the whole crew!! Very sweet, caring & knowledgeable! Everyone answered our questions as they arose with utmost patience. It was difficult work on a very cold day & they did not stop until we had heat. We had our furnace replaced and added central ac. We highly recommend Clarks Mechanical's outstanding team!
