Performed membership maintenance/tuneup on a 7 year old Rheem furnace located in utility room and basement. Inspected all electrical components and amperage, all are within manufacture specs I have cleaned flame sensor and electronic igniter. I have clean interior and exterior of furnace and clear of all dust and debris. 16 x 25 by one air filter was clean upon arrival. Find on squirrel cage has dust and debris buildup within them. This can cause poor airflow and wear on blower motor. My recommendation will to be pull blower motor assembly completely out of furnace disassembled and individually cleaned. As well as cleaning blower motor housing and secondary coil to improve airflow within home. System is operating properly and heating at this time with a 30° temperature differential.
Onsite today for a 2023 - Lennox Furnace Maintenance. Completed Maintenance checklist and furnace is doing good -Ac is a 2000 R22 unit and has rust and heavy corrosion. Went over Ac Prices and scheduled Ac Swap for next week. Job Complete.
Onsite today for a 2025 Amana furnace maintenance visit. Completed maintenance checklist. All system internals tested within manufacturer specifications. Recommendations include 24 V filter for active Static cleaning, and UV bulb installed in the coil to prevent biological buildup throughout the condensation line. Job complete.
Onsite today for a Furnace Replacement Estimate. Went over pricing and scheduled a (Basic Efficiency - 80%) Furnace Install. Job Complete.
Onsite for a Regular furnace maintenance visit on a manufactured home furnace. Completed maintenance checklist and Notated heavy dust and debris buildup on filter and throughout unit. Sent estimates for recommend removal and cleaning. Job Complete.
On-site for a 2nd Look visit. Technician found that the damage in the furnace is not significant. It is not yet affecting furnace performance. Job Complete.

Onsite for a 2011 mfd home furnace maintenance visit. First heating test of season. Completed maintenance checklist and Notated heavy dust buildup on blower. Went over estimate with client for cleaning. Job Complete.
Technician is onsite today for a noheat service call. Diagnosis confirmed a bad control board caused by white rhino electrical. Technician gave them a hand on properly diagnosing but they do not wish to proceed with us doing the replacement. Job complete.

The team, headed by Christopher, came in and installed a great new HVAC system in our 5-year-old home when our furnace failed. They came in and installed the new system in a day and were the best to have in our home! Great service! Great Professionalism! Great Products! Cant say enough about the install, the system that Christopher and Gilberto put in, and a shout out to Levi, who cleaned the ducts also!!!! Clarks is great!

Fred was beyond knowledgeable about the work he does. He took the time to explain in detail about the condition of our furnace and what to expect going forward. Very professional in his approach. The quote he gave me to replace the furnace in the near future was very reasonable as well. We will be using his company to install a new one when the time comes

This company is amazing! From the front office staff to the all technicians that came to my home, the experience was professional and wonderful. I had compared quotes between several companies in Pueblo area after my AC went out. Not only were they the most responsive and reasonable, they were the kindest and knowledgeable as well.Very trustworthy and were not looking to upsell or give services that were not needed. Really care about the customer (which is a rare find) I cant say enough good about this company. The technicians came on time and were very thorough! Chris was excellent in showing us every step of the process with putting in our new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had.
