Dependent on code corrections, recommendations are either 80,000 BTU/80 K furnace, or 70,000 BTU/90% efficient furnace. Goodman manufacturing. Water heater must also be vented into chimney, or exerted outside. Not cycled before departure. Job complete.

This estimate is for replacement of condenser fan motor and a capacitor. Upon review of system I have found that the condenser fan motor has seized up and locked out. Motor has gone bad and needs to be replaced in order for central cooling system to operate properly. Will return to replace condenser fan motor. Job complete.

Replaced control board on system. Found burnt thermistor on board and burnt circuit on back of board. Once board was replaced system started up with no problems. Found dirty filters in return grills of home and removed them. Customer will replace them. No further work needed at this time.

Came out today for furnace service call. Upon arrival, customer said that system has not been running and thermostat has been blank. Connected to app and diagnosed system and saw that fuse has been blown.Cleared code and replaced fuse. Started system up with no problems. No further issues found at this time.
