Electrical connections were checked and found to be fine. Carbon monoxide levels were normal, and heat rise was within the acceptable range.Job complete.
Completed furnace maintenance on a 2-year-old Durastar. Inspected and replaced the 16x20x1 filter, cleaned the flame sensor, and verified heat rise within safe limits. No carbon monoxide detected. System was thoroughly cleaned and checked for issues.

Performed maintenance on a 2-year-old Nordyne Nortek furnace. Cleaned the return and filter, removed light dust, polished covers, and ensured all electrical connections were secure. The furnace operated without issues. Job complete.
Assessed the furnace and coil, recommended replacements, and discussed proper sizing. Sourced a new location for the condensing unit and provided quotes. Also arranged for an electrician and ensured all permits and inspections were included. Job complete.

Working with Clarks Mechanical for a new and improved stand alone Rheem 3 Ton AC compressor unit went exceptionally smoothly . They solved my issue pronto . Technician Mazurek arrived at her estimated time of arrival . She performed a thorough inspection of my aging HVAC unit (14 year old Rheem) . Between Coral, Jammie and myself, it was determined that it would be in my best interest to replace the tired, workhorse unit with a more efficient / modern replacement model Rheem .
