Technician Mazurek arrived at her estimated time of arrival . She performed a thorough inspection of my aging HVAC unit (14 year old Rheem) . Between Coral, Jammie and myself, it was determined that it would be in my best interest to replace the tired, workhorse unit with a more efficient / modern replacement model Rheem . Serviced a 2011 Rheem AC system. Found it undersized, with high amp draw. Coil clean, but poor static pressure. Dirty blower wheel and leaking motor. Likely clogged heat exchanger. Homeowner chose replacement.
Didn't know you don't provide filter i lucky had my own I wasn't told before hand
Onsite today to perform a thorough furnace maintenance check, including filter replacement, board inspection, connection tightening, flame verification, and blower cage examination. The system is functioning correctly with no issues detected.
