Onsite today to perform a console heater replacement. Removed and replaced old with new and then replaced entire venting. New rain collar and new vent cap. Roughly 18ft with 5 90s. Siliconed rain collar. Turned system on to verify proper working order and found no issues. Job Complete

Came out today for ac install with surge protector, duct cleaning, and blower motor pull and clean. Removed blower housing cage, cleaned with cleaner and rinsed off. Installed back. Installed new Amana Air Conditioner. Job is complete.

Upon arrival and review of 15 year old HVAC system, I have found that the 30 amp Bus bar fuses are underrated for outdoor condenser, which is minimum 40 amps as well as compressor is slightly over amping. Data plate on condenser is hard to make out all specs but it is a R 22 system. Gave estimate to clients for a update pull disconnect and install a hard start kit. We are waiting for clients decision. Job complete
