Updated client throughout process, as well as repaired gray flex duck in garage. Insured all points of access cleaned properly before sanitizing system. System was cycled before departure, no further work required.

Checked units pressures and checked superheat. Customer will need to re-order filter pads for next visit. No issues found on HVAC system. Job complete

La Veta, CO - Came out today for Cooper Hunter Heat Pump Service Call. Technician performed diagnosis and found that the Thermostat was set on emergency heat. Technician set thermostat to appropriate setting. Pulled filter that was reducing airflow. Checked for temp split and had 34 degrees. No further issues found at this time.
