Onsite today for a mini split system installation in Rye Colorado. The crew installed one Cooper and Hunter mini split head condenser and indoor head. Verifed system was cooling as designed and installed Smokes and CO’ Detectors per building code. Job complete.
Levi was absolutely amazing he was very friendly and very professional. He also found the reason why the back of our house was not getting any heat so now we know what to do to get that fixed! Completed regular maintenance on a 2018 furnace and AC. Cleaned filters, checked safeties, and cleaned equipment. Provided an estimate for a new AC door and air purification services.
Completed a mini-split estimate for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home. One indoor head and one outdoor condenser, utilizing a 50 amp breaker previously designated for a welder. Will follow up.
Our team cleaned 50/70 supply runs, removing dust, dirt, and debris. Accessible registers and openings were cleaned, and a final inspection ensured improved HVAC cleanliness. Maintenance continues on 8/21/26.

Upon inspection, the left damper was malfunctioning, causing loud noises due to a failing motor. The fan itself was clear of obstructions and functioning properly. Provided estimates for a new attic fan system once available. Job complete.

Completed a thorough furnace check-up and maintenance. Cleaned heavy ash and dirt from equipment and sensors. Verified wiring, tested system internals, and ensured proper exhausting. Static pressure monitored post-duct cleaning.
Performed a comprehensive tune-up on a one-year-old Bosch AC. Inspected the capacitor and condenser coil, cleaned both inside and out, replaced the filter, and checked the blower cage. Adjusted the fan speed to 8 for better airflow upstairs. No major issues were detected.
Onsite today to install a single-zone mini split system with an 18kbtu head. Verified panel space, wired the head, and ran the line set. Also built a leg stand, pressure checked with nitrogen, and vacuum checked. Everything worked perfectly.

Our furnace was found to be inoperable this morning, April 29th. It was filthy on the inside, the filter was clogged and other sundry issues. Eric, our technician was absolutely unbelievable!!! He gave the unit a complete inspection and then informed me of all the problems, called his office and got a price and delivered it to our property owner and friend. Our friend planned a visit for the next morning,Thursday April 30th, so our furnace could be working by the weekend to provide heat prior to some really nasty winter weather predicted for Thursday after midnight into the evening of May 1st. I will be a customer for life with Clarks Mechanical, that I can promise!! Great job guys and gals!!!!!!!

Diagnosed 30-year-old 80,000 BTU furnace with failed gas valve from incorrect fuel conversion. Required repairs: natural gas re-conversion, new gas valve, blower/inducer motors, igniter, and duct cleaning. Left estimates, job complete.
