Diagnosed a 1993 Heil furnace and AC system. Found a shorted fuse, repaired low-voltage shorts, and fixed loose wiring. Addressed a faulty contactor and capacitor issues but the damage is so extensive we will not warrenty and repair options and left quotes for replacement. Will follow up, Job complete.
Successful completion of Air duct cleaning and sanitization of hvac system. Successfully cleaned 12 supplies/2 returns, as well as three access points cut on supply and return trunks. Job Complete.

Onsite today for Mini split service call. Diagnosis determined multiple repairs and refrigerant will be needed. Estimates sent and client will schedule if he wants to go forward with repairs. Job Complete.
Customer stated that heater was shutting it on and off. Customer stated that he was working. Found system running upon arrival. Took flame sensor off and clean flame sensor. Checked inducer motor tubing. Found obstruction in inducer motor port. Cleared obstruction and cleared any obstruction in tubing. Found blower cage dirty will recommend cleaning for proper airflow. Took CO test before departure, no further problems found at this time.
