Cleaned flame sensor and burners. Running full cycles, no carbon leaks, no gas leaks. Furnace is ready for full time use. Job complete.

Came out today for ac maintenance. AC was on and cooling upon arrival. Double checked all security connections and updated data plates. Wiped system down top to bottom before clearing AC coil. All internals tested within manufacture tolerances. Unit filter replaced by client. Notated some dust buildup on blower motor. Condenser unit located on right side of home. Wiped unit down and reassembled for final testing. Job complete
