Technician is onsite for a Furnace maintenance visit- checked pressure switch tubing and cleared out any debris, checked for blue flame, checked for CO and found none, checked heat rise and is within range, changed filters, made sure electrical connections were snug, and let system cycle. No issues found on furnace.

Came out today for no cool in home. System on upon arrival with 0° temperature splits. Verified power and data plates at furnace before accessing condenser. Double checked refrigeration, pressures and system amperage is. Pressures even pointing to Bad compressor. Compressor hot to touch due to thermal lockout. Cooldown was unsuccessful. Condenser compressor is seized and will require replacement. Client opted for full system replacement repair. Job complete.
