1 yr maintenance Customer stated that water pressure was not where it should be. Tested water pressure at Spicket outside of home upon arrival. Water pressure was not present at all at hose bib outside. Found pressure reducing valve and shut off and filtration system in crawlspace. Isolated PRV valve And disconnected waterline to filtration system. Inspected PRV valve and found no issues and blood water into tub before filtration. There we found water pressure was working fine and filtration system was blocking incoming water pressure. Bypassed filtration system and customer is going with a new filtration system with our company. Install date is on schedule. Also had replaced furnace filter and checked electrical connections. Checked condenser as well. No further issues found on HVAC system and plumbing side.
